Everybody loves wings, but Wingstop need to stop hiring teenagers to work there. They don't know what they're doing. They don't have hospitality especially the one by Food 4 Less in Pasadena on Lake Avenue. They're the poor customer service in the world. The teenagers plays a lot when they're back there there's never no manager on site and if the manager is there, they're way in the back at the table playing on their phone. They Let the teenagers work extra hard they're never have your order ready. If you call it in they still are gonna be late on your order even if you put your order on line, you're still gonna have to wait don't ever go to the one in Pasadena. On lake

Save your time and don't come to this Wingstop. They messed up my order which was a big order and I was told I would get a callback multiple times from the manager and never did. I even called corporate a couple times, and they never got back to me either. Don't waste your time going to Wingstop. There's better wings out there. Ha

Love this Wingstop. The service is fast and the place is clean. The workers are also sweet. Last time I was there Jovanny helped me with my order. Such a nice and swift worker.

so so so disappointed haven't had wingstop in a while and i'm never getting food from this location again. I ordered from Doordash and they got our order all wrong. I got the wrong drinks our fries weren't even seasoned even though we asked for extra seasoning. The chicken tenders don't even get me started. No chicken at all, normally the tenders are SOOO good with crispy but juicy chicken. This was literally concrete so hard and just not enjoyable. I had one bite and I was done. Idk who's working but please fix this. Unacceptable quality

My son called the Pasadena wingstop on Lake and Washington. The Young girl took His information THREE times WRong then Hung up on him. He drove over, so she could see wtf she was dealing with. She said she was New and had to use the bathroom, so she Hung up and went to the rEstRoom. 23 minutes later My (son) got his order. Worst Service Ever. The New, young girl NEEDS another job..!!!!!
