I have always wondered about this spot because I love gifting from Dot Cupcakes's across the street. The food was delicious. We ordered a variety family style for about 10 of us. I will go back. However I was disappointed with how service was rushed. We're were trying to finalize out choices when the waitress came us up to us multiple times after we told her to wait for us to call you when we were READY. She unfortunately rushed us and we didn't order all the plates we wanted. I'm interested in going to the la location to see how that adventure would be. I just hope the next visit isn't quite as rushed and bothersome. If this is a busy location maybe put a sign up for a time limit to give new guests a heads up. New guests may take a few minutes to order and we were a decent size party. Any tips on what to do or say if you're rushed to order or eat at a restaurant? Blessings to those who enjoy.

We drive from claremont to get the slippery shrimp and my son loves the plain chow main easy sauce. He will ask can't we get yang chow noodles so we jump in the car well worth the drive. Been to the place in china town same great food always packed

Grew up going to the china town location but then started coming here! The tradition loves, only sucky part is the service... it's not so great but the food makes it worth it! The sizzling rice soup and kung poa chicken is a must when you are here

Very disappointed, the food was very greasy, no favor, the beef was tough and can't say anything good about the food. On the positive side the service was good.

this was a truly wonderful meal and service was friendly and prompt. The "don't miss" dish we had was the slippery shrimp. crispy outside soft and sweet sauced. Their fried rice is also a very flavorful dish the you need to at least order one of

This place has the best Chinese food I've ever had, and it's always consistently so. My favorites are the spring rolls, hot and sour soup, slippery chicken, spicy garlic chicken, and twice cooked beef. The service is very fast and attentive. This is great place to pick up a great meal or celebrate events! I highly recommend it!

Great authentic food. Customer service is outstanding and pricing is reasonable. I go several times a week.

Visited on Lunar New Year. We had the slippery shrimp (always a good choice), steamed fish fillets which had a wonderful flavor with ginger, orange chicken, crispy pan fried noodles, spring rolls (tasty) and vegetable dumplings. Servers were courteous. It's casual dining with traditional Chinese food options. If you haven't been you must try the slippery shrimp! Parking is available on site.

I am missing the Panda Inn and this is a great substitute. Love the drunken shrimp. Wish they had Mai Tai's

Had dinner on Friday night and two hours later I got horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Went to urgent care and doctor said it was food poisoning. Had the slippery shrimp and won't dine there ever again.

Considering how busy they were, we really didn't wait too long this year!

We had 9 people for dinner recently at the Pasadena Yang Chow and everyone enjoyed their meal. Hard to go wrong here.
