I came here with my 8 year old son and wife around 9:10 PM on Saturday and the place looked like it was closing up because they had been moving tables and chairs. I asked the employee if they are closing and he said “yes, we’re closed!” and started to laugh, then he said “just kidding!”. I said ok, so we decided to stay and purchase some of their yogurt and enjoy our dessert at one of the two tables open. Not long after sitting down, we were being rushed out by being told that they close at 9:30 PM. I didn’t like the way we were treated. I felt like a second class citizen. I mean if, you want to sell your product, up to 9:30 PM, you need to give a reasonable amount of time for patrons to consume your product within your facility. Just like any restaurant that allows you ample time to finish your meal even after their closing time.I don’t know who manages this place, but make sure you hire people that want to do their job and enjoy serving the public, because taking peoples money and rushing them out of your facility because your employees are in a rush to leave because of personal reasons, is a recipe for disaster making patrons feel alienated,. Making me feel worthless, when people only focus about how much money they can exploit you for and not care about the way they treat you after they’ve received the compensation. I think that’s the problem with capitalism these days, we’re focused more on the profits and cost cutting that we end up cutting the most crucial element of a business which is customer service, thinking that people don’t really care about that, where deep down inside, people do get hurt and offended by your lack of care and consideration for them.

I love this Yogurtland out of all the ones in LA. The staff are great, they give you samples. However everytime i go inside, it’s always freezing. I definitely want to sit in there and eat my yogurt but they have the AC on so high it’s actually impossible! Would give it 5 stars if they lowered the AC. The poor staff who have to be there all day long!

This place is so conveniently placed!I like the flavors offered and toppings. The employee was nice. However, in my most recent visit, I smelled the very strong smell of bleach when walking in. It definitely did not make me want to dine in and we got our yogurt to go. We noticed they were cleaning the bathroom area but I wish they would wait until customers leave because the bleach was way too strong! Kinda takes away from yogurt cravings.

10$ for a regular-sized cup of froyo and $1 per topping. Corporate greed at its finest.

Not all Yogurtlands are managed the same, despite the same protocols and recipes in place for the franchise. I'm happy to report that this location's Plain Tart is thick, creamy, fresh and incredible. The fruit is ripe and delicious. I haven't given Yogurtland a chance over Menchie's since 2008 so this is a long spell to break. This location is immaculate. The service is super friendly. Someone is always cleaning, sweeping, wiping down topping containers, keeping fruit topped off, and various other multitasking. I'm really happy about this rekindled Yogurtland era for me! (Tried the one in Del Mar and it was horrible, so I really came here to compliment this location)

We got here at 9 pm, they're supposed to close at 9:30. 5 flavors that were either completely out or running very watery. Very clear that they just didn't feel like refilling them but also didn't put up a sign saying they were out... 4 of the other flavors were also out completely (with signage).I found a piece of plastic in my mouth, I think it came from the mangos topping? Regardless, a bit choking hazard!!They took up the chairs, were mopping the floor and wiping the counters down at 9:10. They close at 9:30... we walked out and multiple groups nearby were deterred from going inside because it looked like they were already closed. This location can do better

This place is always phenomenal. When you go in the cups are on the right side so it's all self service up until you pay which is fun. I got the cheesecake-pistachio swirl (my favorite), Thai tea (very good, loved it), and boba. When you hear "boba" you think " brown sugar milk tea" but be aware that it's not milk tea, it's more of a Hong Kong tea (slightly on the less sweet side, I wasn't a fan). You choose your own topping (self serviced) and they price it based off of weight, it was $13 for 2 of these cups which seems fair. I put a Roku remote beside it for scale, it is also about half of a Roku remote deep (probably about 3.5 Inches- the size of a large Panera soup). The place is fairly small so I wouldn't suggest eating there but there is the option. It's the perfect setup for a quick to-go order. If you don't like kids consider this hell on earth. If you do, it's adorable, it's often packed with parents with families with toddlers and babies roaming around dinner time. I wish I had this place when I was a kid! It is delicious and very fun. Definitely will be returning.Quick tip: if you get it to go and take it home be sure to get a plastic lid, it makes it melt 3x slower, I made the mistake not getting it the first time and it melted a lot on a 10 min drive.
