Yvonne and her team are the BEST of the BEST! Everything about the experience was exceptional. The team is so professional, organized, and prompt. They put so much love and care into the product. I ordered a custom birthday cake and it was better than any cake I could've ever dreamed of! absolutely perfect in every way visually. The taste and texture was phenomenal, even the non vegan/GF party guests were RAVING that it was the best cake they'd ever had. It is so hard to find a fully vegan/GF bakery that does cakes that are artistic, unique, and STUNNING- I cannot say enough good things about Yvonne and her amazing team. I am so grateful to have found her bakery. She has earned a forever customer. :)

It's great that it's vegan and a small women owned business, but I had a bad experience today when I went in to get a couple of items and the place was packed, I had to wait with rude customers trying to push into the tiny space and then I bought a cupcake which is already very tiny portion wise, but they put it in a giant plastic cup. So I objected, not expecting that for such a small item and I asked for a cardboard box. They made me switch it from the hard-to-open plastic container into the box myself and then instructed me to throw that ugly huge plastic clamshell away. They should have done it themselves with gloves on and kept the container and reused it because it was not ever used to be thrown in the trash like that. Infuriating they shouldn't even offer plastic so I can't go back now. Sorry but if you can't be sustainable by not causing plastic waste, then being vegan does you no good.

Light, rich, tasty, delicate and DELICIOUS!! It’s absolutely phenomenal when ALL of your guests can enjoy the cake worry free! I’m over the moon grateful for Yvonne and Yvonne’s kitchen staff for helping us to THRIVE with so much love in every single bite. We enjoyed a Gwendolyn Birthday cake and a cheese and cracker platter for my birthday celebration! Everything was such a huge hit that our guests took photos to make sure they got the right place for getting more amazing and delicious treats! I thought the best part about this place is that I can’t taste that they are vegan or gluten-free, but really the best part is the service! Yvonne really cares about each person that walks through the doors. Back in 2019 a colleague of mine who was friends with Yvonne brought me a gift bag from Yvonne’s kitchen with a few of her vegan treats. I immediately fell in love and needed to have more. However, she still didn’t have a store front at the time and I couldn’t find her amazing vegan goat cheese anywhere. So I contacted my colleague and she asked Yvonne if I could pick up some cheeses and pastries from her place of business. Yvonne kindly agreed eve though her company space was not a store front. Not only are Yvonnes treats amazingly delicious but she’s also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person.

Both my kids have food allergies and severe eczema so they can’t have eggs, dairy, and most nuts. Finding a good cake in LA has been an EXPEDITION, let alone finding a good cake that is also vegan and gluten free (for the party we had many gf guests). My son was turning 1 and I wanted to get him an allergy friendly smash cake that was special and beautiful. No I didn’t want to get him a rubicon vegan cake from the market (have you seen the ingredients list on that thing?) especially since it would be his first time eating sweets. For the rest of the party guests who had a gf or vegan needs I bought a plain white 8” cake that I decorated with strawberries. I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS AND LET IT THAW OVER SIX HOURS BEFORE SERVING. I can’t believe how many ppl write bad reviews of Yvonne’s cakes after eating it straight from the fridge when the instructions clearly say to let it thaw until the frosting is soft to the touch. Anyway, even non vegans and non gf ppl ate the cake and didn’t know it was vegan/gf and enjoyed it. I am thankful that not only are their cakes delicious and serve people’s dietary needs, the ingredients are clean.

We live in an area that does not offer safe options for those with severe allergies, which led me to find Yvonne's through a google search. Yvonne's was able to create and ship a beautiful vegan and gluten free two-tiered cake for our wedding. If I hadn't found Yvonne's, I would have had to make the cake from scratch myself, which most brides would prefer not to do. To have everyone feel safe, included, and thought of on our special day meant the world to us. We look forward to purchasing more cakes and desserts in the near future.

I feel like I literally manifested this place! I was sitting in my car after a yoga class, wishing I could find a gluten free bakery in the area. After developing a serious gluten sensitivity a year or so ago, I have missed a lot of my favorite foods. I decided to take a walk in this cute neighborhood because it was such a beautiful day, and lo and behold, 5 minutes later I came across Yvonne’s! I couldn’t believe my eyes! I got their jalapeño cheddar biscuit and a chocolate chip cookie— both divine. I will definitely be back! 🤍🍪

I placed an order of several different sweet treats to share at work: their cake balls, mini cake, rice krispy treats and donuts. First, I'm in Ohio and everything was incredibly well packaged and still perfect when I opened it! Second, it was all unbelievably delicious! I am not gluten free (just a dairy allergy) and truly could not tell the difference, which is not generally the case for me. In fact, I ordered a vegan wheat flour cake from another vendor at the same time and tried them side by side - Yvonne's was still the clear winner! All my coworkers agreed! So moist and flavorful! Can't wait to try their cheese and crackers, as well. Thank you, Yvonne!
