It's great that it's vegan and a small women owned business, but I had a bad experience today when I went in to get a couple of items and the place was packed, I had to wait with rude customers trying to push into the tiny space and then I bought a cupcake which is already very tiny portion wise, but they put it in a giant plastic cup. So I objected, not expecting that for such a small item and I asked for a cardboard box. They made me switch it from the hard-to-open...
