For some reason Albertsons always seems to be very organized and the employees very helpful. Thanks for making shopping that much easier

I work for online applications, I have to go shopping for online purchases, unfortunately many times I ask for help to found something no one wants to help, everyone is always busy and in a bad mood, there is never anywhere to park and we have to park in the places for pick-up, today one of the employees was very offensive and yelled at me that we should not park there, it was a horrible experience which I do not want to remember, I simply do not go back to work or buy anything, it seems that in that place The workers are not happy, something is not so good for the employees there, and unfortunately those of us who are trying to work with online shopping no longer want to work for that store either.

I have never had a problem with any of the employees until today. I was in the meat department looking for mild sausage. There was a case of just what I needed but it was closed. There was a lady behind me opening boxes stocking the egg section. I asked her if she could help me by opening the box. She said" No but you can ask someone in the meat department" she was very snotty and short with me. I found it extremely rude. Do you have some sort of policy that a person from one department can't help with another department? Can't even open a box when a customer asks when you have a box cutter in their hand? If that is the case she could have just said that.

Deli dept has awful customer service.

digital coupon prices are deceiving if you don't shop there frequently. you get charged regular price unless you have the digital coupon. The deli section has bozos working there. they don't know the difference between a thigh and a breast. Apologetic but still came home with thighs instead of breasts.

Do not go to Albertsons unless you want your cart to stop short as you go to the first handicap space on the west side of the parking lot. It's not even close to the CVS store but the locks turn on before you can get to your car in the Albertsons parking lot. I have a fracture in my lower back and so every time I park anywhere outside of the center of the parking lot now I get unexpectedly jerked when I try to bring my cart to my car. I'm looking for another place to shop because they won't put up a sign that warn you and they can't change it. Handicap parking should not cause pain or injury.

Did not know that your cart would lock when you parked over by CVS. Had to carry 4 bags and a box of chips to the car without a cart.

Fix your carts sensors... had a grocery cart lock up on me, full of groceries. Had to skate it on two wheels to get it to the car. Froze up on the parking lot, middle of path of traffic. If it was my wife what is she suppose to do? Leave it and carry her groceries 200ft? I'm guessing I'm not the only one this happened to. Theirs a bunch of carts just thrown about everywhere.

The five stars is for Steven in the Deli & his enthusiasm for chicken wings. But I'm sure he's enthusiastic about pretty much everything. His customer service is awesome & I hear his male coworkers are also very friendly. Though it's weird, the female coworkers not so much. Especially the short curly haired one. She seems very annoyed to even have to talk to her customers. Talking to friends. We've talked about how great Steven is but at the same time everyone mentioned this rude woman & described her as the same one. Steven needs to give her customer service lessons!

I placed a drive and go order early afternoon on Monday and 8 hours later was incomplete. It got delayed and I asked in person all I got was a sorry and no explanation of the process. I called the next morning and one of the managers barred me from talking to the GM John and argued with me over the phone then hung up on me. I finally was able to contact John and he acted like he cared and took my information down and said he would follow up with me on the issue. I got no call back from him I called again the next day to talk to the manager of the drive and go, Suzanne, and she also just argued with me over the phone and gave me no resolve to my problem. She did give me a number for customer service however they don't answer the phone either. She ended up hanging up on me when I told her how rude her staff were to me and how they were lying about their shift times. The managers have no people skills and the customer service is nonexistent. If you don't mind shopping somewhere that won't resolve your problems or have a care in the world about services not being met then this place is for you! Now I have zero groceries and zero time in my schedule to get them because I thought this would be a great resource and my first time using it. Thanks for offering a service you cannot follow through with now for a refund I have to wait 7-10 business days.

I am surprised at the low ratings as I have been going here since Aug 2016 and everyone has been very accommodating, thoughtful, and pleasant. It was even more impressive during horrible Covid when everything and everyone was stressed over something out of our control. If lines are long and empty cashier booths, it's because there is a shortage of people working there and in almost every other place. I've shopped right before a big holiday without realizing it's a holiday soon, so can't blame the store for my not paying attention. I have met some very thoughtful and fun people on line. We are all human, whether shopping or attending to us. We live in an amazing community. Thanks to everyone at Alberstons. I appreciate you.
