Alpha Omega Collective Paso Robles

We had such an amazing time at Alpha Omega’s tasting room in Paso Robles! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, but what really stood out was our host, Justin. He guided us through a side-by-side tasting that wasn’t just about sipping wine, but about understanding it. He explained the differences across vineyard sites, walked us through the nuances in the wines, and made the whole experience both educational and enjoyable.

What made it unforgettable, though, was Justin himself—professional, charismatic, and genuinely engaging. He had that rare ability to make the wines shine even brighter with his knowledge and energy. And honestly, being very easy on the eyes didn’t hurt either—the wine somehow tasted even better! If you’re in Paso, Alpha Omega should definitely be on your list, and if Justin is your guide, you’re in for something truly special.

One of of our absolute favorite places in Paso. We love Paso for so many reasons, but we make a point to come here every time despite them not a Paso based winery. The wines are incredible from both AO and Tolosa. But the service and atmosphere from Justin and Michele are why we keep coming back. Plus they’re not bad on the eyes!

The wines are amazing, but Justin's service was impeccable. We're Tolosa club members and we got the club prices on all wines we purchased. Love it! Tasting we're covered as well.

We had an incredible experience at Alpha Omega Collective in Paso Robles! The service was top-notch, the wine was truly amazing, and the whole evening was nothing short of perfection. Chris, our curator for the evening, skillfully selected wines that stole the show by offering delightful side-by-side tastings. The Pinot wines I had the opportunity to savor danced gracefully across my palate, leaving me completely satisfied with my wine choices for the night. Meanwhile, my partner thoroughly enjoyed the full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignons and concluded the evening with a spectacular pour of the Era, a selection of the very best grapes from that year's single vineyard selection. We can't wait to return and explore more of their wines! ???

A unique and fantastic wine experience! Don’t miss it!The wine selection is diverse: you get a chance to taste the best of Paso Robles, Napa Valley, and Spain in a single tasting. The new tasting room is beautiful and sun-filled, is tastefully designed, and has a great view of the Central Park.The team members working there are helpful and very friendly. Travis and Chris worked with our family, made us feel welcome and at home, and gave us useful insights to the wine as we enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend a visit — I’m sure my family and I will be back!
