This is the best cafe in town! Clean and comfortable space with friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend the Amstrdm Breakfast sando with croissant. the pastry is light and flaky, layered with tender eggs and avocado. Definitely ask for their famous homemade fermented hot sauce!

Amazing coffee shop! We loved the concept of the big open windows, so nice in warm, sunny weather. The coffee was delicious as well! They were sold out of pastries at the time we visited but coffee was top level.

I would give 5 stars if I could. I think the owner took our order. We had 2 couples and it was awesome. Wife and I split the breakfast sandwich. I have NEVER had a better one ever! Perfect and the service was spectacular. Why can others not have this great of service. Food and the coffee was outstanding. I do not drink coffee and wished they had some soft drinks. This might be the best simple breakfast with a smile in Paso. Staff was friendly, fast and efficient. We will be back.
