I'm obsessed! The wine, service, and grounds are nothing short of outstanding. Ascunsion Ridge is a small operation run by beautiful, honest people that love what they do. Each wine I sampled was complex and beautifully balanced. Everything was beyond my expectations and I loved my time here so much I couldn't help but sign up for a membership. I can't wait to come back!
Update: The new location on Peachy Canyon is stunning. The wines are fantastic as always. The manager John T always greets us with a smile and takes great care of our tasting parties. The venue is also good for events. We recently held our daughter's graduation party at the winery - First class.
What a charming little winery! Hidden just within the canyon, John's winery is not only small and quaint, but the wine is delicious. The Inception and 3 sum wines were my favorites, and I actually brought bottles home because out of all the wineries in Paso, these were the best! I brought them as a gift to my husband and he was very impressed with the wine and now wants to go visit!
