If you want the “Paso Robles” wine experience, Austin Hope is the place to go. Make your reservation and be prepared to be blown away! We were met at the door with a small pour of a wonderful rose. We wandered the grounds where they had llamas, sheep, and of course a Vinyard. When we were seated, we were amazed by the private outdoor tasting area. Then, Travis came with our first pour. He sat down and started chatting with us. He was personable and friendly. But what he said he was looking for was what we liked so he could cater the experience toward our tastes and preferences. I’ve never been at a tasting that was so attentive, personable, and helpful. Travis recognized pretty quickly that I like to nerd out on appellations and varietals and he brought his knowledge (and laminated maps) to the table. We thought we might head to one more winery for a tasting, but nixed that so we could stay a little longer here. Come for the wine, enjoy the experience, and stay for more wine!! We took as many bottles home as we could spare space in our suitcases!! Come and ask for Travis.

Austin Hope is one of my favorite stops in Paso Robles. From the gorgeous tasting room sitting up on the rolling hills to the magical people who work there and of course the five star exquisite wine. On this visit we had the privilege of being hosted by Maddi T. What a complete sweetheart who sat with us, engaged us in stories of how Austin and Chuck Wagner from Caymus connected once we mentioned to her that Caymus was one of our favorite wines. Took us on an individual journey, instead of sticking soley to the flight that was pre-planned. She mentioned how she was fairly new to this industry but yet you could tell this was her calling. She has taken the time to really educate herself and that with her customer service background & great personality was able to give us a five-star experience. I've been in the hospitality industry for a long time and I pride myself on giving guests a 5 star and personalized experience and so I am very particular about the customer service I receive . I'm also someone who doesn't really write reviews but I had to take the time to tell you not only about this beautiful place but about the wonderful people (shout out to Nichole too) who work there and make the experience even better. Of course we left with several boxes of wine as well as their gorgeous wine glasses. With their side labels, there is really amazing wine at price points for everyone's budget. If you're visiting Paso Robles, put this one on top of your list .

The wines are phenomenal . $25 for tasting which is super reasonable. We reserved the cabana and it was super private and great place for our girls trip. We learn so much about wines and history of the wineries, everybody are so nice and welcoming. Such a great place for group gatherings. I would come back here again.

Tyler took great care of us,.showed a lot of knowledge in wines and had great recommendations and explanations. The wines were great and so was the place. The charcuterie board doesn't match the level of the wines and the rest, but other than that, great experience

They guided us to our table, where the atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and reminiscent of a western/barn. Our host, Tyler, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. We shared our preferences and dislikes, and Tyler walked us through each tasting, making our experience truly memorable. The views were spectacular. Austin Hope has definitely become our must-visit destination.

My husband and I made a tasting reservation to celebrate our 5th anniversary. This is by far the best tasting experience we’ve ever had. The outdoor tasting area was beautiful and secluded. The Austin Hope Cab is easily one of the top 3 Cabs we’ve had as well. But our experience wouldn’t have been as memorable it wasn’t for our sommelier Clayton. He provided 5 star hospitality and perfectly paced us through every tasting and really went in depth about the history of the vineyard and each wine. You have customers for life. Thank you!

We had been looking forward to this visit for so long, but upon our arrival on November 14, 2025, we were heartbroken to learn that our beloved 16-year-old dachshund, Bruce, had passed away. Amid our grief, our experience with our host for the day, Tiffany, was a true blessing. Tiffany had just lost her own four-legged companion, and her immediate empathy and compassion were overwhelming. She made it her mission to ensure we could celebrate Bruce's life through the tears, allowing us to still have our day, live, love, and remember our sweet baby. Tiffany's kindness solidified something for us: we are more than just fans of Austin Hope. Because of her and the incredible experience she created, this place will forever hold a special, cherished memory in our hearts.
