Very quaint establishment with excellent European ambiance. Tremendous wine selections. The mushroom-stuffed ravioli was one of the best dishes I've ever tasted in my life. Creamy, rich, and decadent. Escargot in the shells were perfectly seasoned with bright herbs and melted butter. Mussels delightfully flavorful with shallot and white wine. Attentive and engaged servers and staff. This place is incredible. I will definitely return!
My wife and I had an amazing dinner at BL Brasserie this evening. On our last night in Paso Robles, we were looking for something light and delicious. We were not disappointed! The smoked salmon appetizer with crème fraîche was fantastic! Top notch smoked salmon! We also loved the warm potato and goat cheese salad. The pasta dish had amazingly fresh tomatoes and perfectly done pasta. Macarons for dessert were perfect and the wine list was great. Our waiter was wonderful,...

We tried the chicken and the black cod. The chicken was moist and great flavors. The cod was seared skin on, but the skin was not crispy.
The creame brulee at the end was great.
