Horrible experience. I would not recommend. Terrible service. Food was ok but the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. If I could give no stars I would.

The food is really good. The pretzel is amazing. The wait staff is extremely sub par. We had to grab our own menus after 20 minutes. There was maybe 3 other tables seated at the time. After we got our food, the waitress asked if we wanted refills and didn't come back for at least 45 minutes. Still only had 4 or 5 tables seated. We also heard the table behind us complaining that no one had come by to order and they had been there almost 30 minutes.

The food and atmosphere here was amazing. It’s a great theme for a restaurant and the fact that you can grab your beers/wines at your own leisure is awesome.
The biggest problem is the service. We came in and were initially greeted by our server who brought us waters and our beverage cards. After that the service pretty much disappeared. We ended up grabbing our own menus and had to flag down our server to even take our order.
After our food was brought out I asked for a refill on my water and it ended up coming 45 minutes later. The same service was pretty much experienced by the rest of the customers around us. I wish I could rate the place better but the service is in dire need of improvement.
Love a pour it yourself place - such a cool concept and experience. They had a nice selection and beer and wine on tap to pour yourself. Big TVs to watch the game and even outdoor space if that’s your preference. Would definitely be a regular here if we lived here.

Very pleasant experience here. My favorite items were the carnitas mac and cheese, as well as the brussel sprouts. The fries were really good, too. The service staff were very kind and understanding, and overall the place had great vibes. Would recommend!

I am so disappointed! I really wanted a burger and fries. My burger was dry, the lettuce was the bitter, white ends, and barely any avocado. I had high hopes and was sorely disappointed. ?

The chicken in both dishes we got (chicken sandwich and a salad) and the meatballs in the spaghetti were absolutely disgusting. Tasted like spicy metal and smelled atrocious. Threw all three dishes in the trash. Will not get take out from them again. Disturbingly bad.
