If you're in Paso and want to do some non pretentious wine tasting you must stop in at Broken Earth Winery. It's conveniently located just off the 101. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon on our way to Santa Barbara. We were greeted and seated right away. We did a tasting flight and ordered a pizza. If you're smart you'll ask to have Annie pour your tastings as she is so much fun to interact with. She also recommended another stop. Friendly relaxed vibe in a cool setting. We'll be back.

This was a fab experience! Renee was so helpful and friendly. We got to try lots of different wines and it’s clear that Broken Earth produce high quality bottles. The taster menu allowed us to experience a range of grapes, pushing us outside of our comfort zone. The food was also excellent! We had a charcuterie board which served two people easily for lunch.

Treated my family of wine club members bad. Think it’s the change of ownership. They made my family of color feel bad, to the point they don’t want to pick up their shipment. You guys should be ashamed. Feel free to contact me.

Wood-fired pizza is great! Wine selection is quite wide so don’t be afraid to taste or ask for suggestions if you want a bottle with lunch. You’re sure to find one you like.

Really enjoyed our visit to Broken Earth! We had great service from Trudy. She took excellent care of us with wine education, lovely charcuterie, kept us hydrated and best of all had an enjoyable sense of humor.

Renee was a fantastic host! She was friendly and had great recommendations for the food and wine. My friends, and I loved the Pizza Al Funghi that she had recommended. The crust had the perfect mix of softness and crispiness! Wine was easy drinking and had a good variety. Extra pours were brought out for wines our interested in.

Try their Malbec with one of their amazing red sauce pizzas, you won't be disappointed. Service is top notch, we had a reservation and arrived early but got seated, no issues. Pizza came out very quickly, thin and crispy. Delicious. Great winery with wonderful options, do the tasting and try their pizzas, don't be fooled by the location, inside is nice and roomy!
