Cookies are hella expensive but so darn addictive 😩
I’ve been a long time customer and rave about your cookies to all my friends. This past weekend, I stopped by the Paso Robles store and picked up a dozen cookies to share with friends. I was disappointed after the first bite as they had no flavor whatsoever, the texture seemed more dense and under cooked. These cookies are not cheap! Unless I get a credit or refund to try again (assuming it was a bad batch), you have lost a customer and I will no longer recommend you to friends and family.
We stopped by this cookie shop during my birthday weekend and tried the free samples. Unfortunately, the cookies had a very strong artificial flavor that was really hard to get past. The texture was also quite dry and crumbly, and the prices felt high for the quality. Overall, it wasn’t an experience we enjoyed, and it’s not a place I’d recommend.
Yummy cookies!!
I ordered online. They shipped very quickly. The original cookies are my favorite. The cookies were shipped in cute boxes with plenty of packing protection. Not one was broken. They are sinfully delicious. They would make unique gifts for cookie lovers. You can’t go wrong.
Excellent cookies! When my friends come to visit they always want to come here to get cookies. Appreciate the free samples - otherwise it’s a tough decision! Great gift idea.
For $12 for 6 small cookies, it's way over hyped. Cookies are good, but not worth $2 each for a 1.5 inch cookie
It was a hot day, about 97 degrees and I couldn't leave my dog, Bella, in the car so I asked if I could just purchase some cookies from the doorway. Marcel, the Paso Robles Manager, quickly offered to stay with Bella outside so I could shop. She also added that she was a former Vet Tech, which made me feel better about leaving Bella in her capable hands as I browsed the cookies. If Marcel hadn't offered, I wouldn't have shopped so that's customer service going above and beyond.
Overall, the cookies were pretty good. The shortbread-style cookies were very sweet and dense—likely a matter of personal taste, but they did seem to be high quality. Customer service was friendly and they offered samples, which was a nice touch. Only complaint is the price—definitely on the expensive side for cookies.
Amazingly delicious cookies in a beautifully merchandised shop. We will be back!

I've gone to this overpriced cookie shop over the years. The cookies are decent and I thought I'd pick some up. I went in and saw that a 6 cookie bag with 6 very small cookies was now 12.00! That is absolutely crazy. I've eaten them so I can say they are definitely not worth the price. Save your money and buy girl scout cookies which are cheaper and go to a good cause. Otherwise store bought cookies are just as good. Really.

Free street parking nearby. The cookies were exceptional. We tried two different types and bought 3 types total. They were all amazing!

The three pack with Giradelli was amazingly good.
The Brown Butter Cookie Company sets the bar for the cookie experience. It’s such a treat to be able to come in and sample all the different flavors. The cookies are exceptional. Addictive.
The sisters who launched this brand are brilliant. I’m such a fan!!!!
Dietary restrictions: The Gluten free cookies are my favorite.
