Spent our annual October wine weekend in Paso a few weeks ago, and decided we needed to try some new spots. Cairjn came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. While not easy to find, it is worth the hunt. Victor was a fabulous host, giving us the background on the winemaker and owners - while at the same time, engaging with our nostalgic memories of who had been in the spot where they now reside. The wines are my style - rhone based with great fruit and full body. The labels are also unusual and the markings one of a kind. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Cairjn is a new-to-us winery, and it did not disappoint! The varietals offered would appeal to many palates, and the tasting experience was definitely enjoyable. Victor is a very attentive tasting room host, and he is knowledgeable about the wines and the wine making process. (Hanging out with Lola was a perk.) We plan to add Cairjn to our list of must-visits on our trips to Paso Robles!

This place was absolutely amazing! Victor was extremely personable and knowledgeable with innovative ideas to move forward. We actually experienced our favorite wines here, which, we should have bought more of to bring home. The overall experience felt personal and not "just another customer or taster" especially for people who were younger. We felt at other places as if we were thrown aside because of age and the intent that we we weren't purchasing large amounts. Love the story and the symbols behind the wines also!

My wife and I had a great time visiting Cairjn on a spur of the moment recommendation. They were more than accommodating to fit us in before our next tasting. Victor did a great job of telling us about the team at Cairjn and taking us through the various wines on our tasting. The wines were also a highlight and we can't wait to bring friends with us next time, along with spreading the word on this up and coming winery

Mila and I had a wonderful experience at Cairjn Wine Cellars at our Labor Day tasting. We had the great surprise at being welcomed by host Victor Chavez who we have known for several years from Copia. Victor spoke extremely knowingly of Cairjn Wines even though he started only a month before at the time. Victor has a genuinely gracious way with people in addition to his extensive understanding of wine. As for the wines, each of the wines were instantly memorable including the refreshing grenache Rose, the delicately beautiful Lopai Grenache and the fabulous Cab-Syrah Blend No.2. We signed on to be members and very much look forward to visiting Cairjn again in not long.

THE BEST!!!!!

This is a small, family owned winery and among the best in Paso. As one of the first club members, I was very lucky to have found Cairjn when it was recommended to me by staff at another winery. The owners of Cairjn, Andy (a highly regarded winemaker) and Michelle Neja, are gracious and wonderful people. The wine is exquisite, highly rated, and the tasting experience with Victor is personal, educational and fun. Andy’s wine is so popular that in the few years since he’s been open he has had to triple his wine production. He’s running out of the current stock…..not a bad problem to have. If you follow reviews, those from Wine Enthusiast are in the mid to high 90s.

Be sure to take time to find this very special place on the East side, just off Union Road. I’ll bet you join the club. If not, you’ll be taking home some of the best wines in the region.

Enjoy!!!????

Really great tasting experience with the Owner and Wine Maker, Andy. Joined the wine club so we can continue to experience the great tasting, companies, and events by Cairjn!

Side note - ask about the logos on each of wines and corks, each has a really cool and unique story behind it!

This was one of the best wine tasting experiences of our entire trip to Paso! Andy gave us an extremely informational while laid back tasting. Every wine has a story and is absolutely delicious. It was a challenge to decide which wines to buy.
