Every single wine presented at this winery was top notch. Went there to just experience a tasting and ended up joining this winery after being amazed by how good their wines are. The icing on the cake was getting to hang out with this cute winery Chihuahua (Lola) during our tasting experience. Highly recommended for experiencing one of the best wineries in all of Paso for both single varietals as well as some blends. Thanks again, Victor and Andy, for hosting us today.
Our tasting at Cairjn was THE discovery on our recent trip to Paso, and set a very high bar for the remainder of our visit. Victor is a superb host, and we were delighted to have the opportunity to chat with winemaker Andy Neja. His passion and care are beautifully expressed in the wine.
