How I always order at any fast food. "Kids meal". I want my kid to be happy first. When they finally gave me my food first. The kids meal was in a regular bag. NO TOY! Just a cookie ?
I work at a convenient store. My medium drink is a 32oz. When I got my medium drink for my combo order. It was a 24oz cup ? I am paying $15 for a combo meal and get a small drink!? That doesn't add up.
Not to mention. Almost driving off with out the drinks. Yep. Y'all forgot the drinks the first time.
I might as well go back into town and get a meal that is less money and a bigger medium drink. Very disappointing.

Always missing something in my order this time it was my kids meal,got the drink but no meal.from now I'm checking my bags before I drive off.i get it people are tired so am I. I work full time and sometimes to tired to come home and cook.so we go for fast food. Let's work together and understand our situations. I could go back to get my kids meal but I'm to tired..let's just be better please.

the food was good. the customer service was okay, but not great. The cashier gave me a senior discount, which made me feel older than I actually am. I am, only, in my fifties, but he made me feel like I am in my eighties. I will never go there

Food was fantastic ! Didn't go inside but it was nice and clean so that a huge plus for me ! The service wasn't bad but not beat either. Not very good communication when I paid , took my card disappeared for a bit. Came back with my food handed me my card and that was it. Not friendly or helpful but not mean either , if that makes sense. Lol ! Then again I'm in the drive thru and am getting food fast ! And it was pretty quick ?
It doesn't have much variety of accessible hamburgers at a price that we can consume, all the combos are above 12 dollars, the sodas the price varies depending on the size, they should help people like at McDonald's, the competition where the soda is a dollar at Carls jr they don't know sliced tomato in hamburgers the cheapest hamburger is the spacy chicken the combo is like 9 dollars or so to start the hamburger I'm talking about if it's called a hamburger they give you the bread alone without anything with a small piece of chicken scratch with spices inside the bread, nothing vegetables, a micro bag of cold potatoes and a very small glass of soda, to tell the truth, I don't know what this combo is cheaper or the visit to the doctor without counting the medicines for the diarrhea and stomach pain I have stopped eating here for a long time because of a hellish infection that I got in my stomach and I still can't compose myself. Seriously, I have nothing against this restaurant other than my bad fortune and experience of having consumed the hamburger. Carls Jr.'s economics I am going to give you some advice if you are going to consume food, do it at home where everything is cleaner and healthier and where you will have complete security of your health and that of your children, let's implement the culture of cooking healthy foods at home
