We were seated right away but were forgotten immediately. There was an apparent lack of communication between staff who did not know we had just been given a table. This gave us time to look over the menu but we had to call for someone, who was as surprised as we were by the issue. Problem solved. We had a burger and fries and a pulled pork pizza. The burger was good and seasoned well but the brioche bun is not the correct bread for a juicy burger. The bottom part disintegrated...
We stayed at the Allegretto and had dinner at Cello Ristorante on Wednesday, March 19th. My husband and I sat at the bar, where we were served by Jose and a wonderful female bartender whose name, unfortunately, I didn’t catch. Both were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience.

I absolutely loved this hotel, but the restaurant needs some improvement. The food was a tad strange, and not the Italian fare I’m accustomed to when I visit the Mediterranean. It’s also extremely overpriced…one morning for breakfast we shared a platter and ordered two mimosas. Our bill after tip was $95. Ouch!
