We wandered in after dinner last week and ended up by having a really nice conversation with the wonderful owner, Kevin. We did a cider tasting and their cider is some of the best I’ve ever had. We fell in love with the white peach and the plum apricot and bought bottles to take home. I cracked open the white peach last night, and it was just as excellent as I remembered. We will definitely be back!

Had a delightful wine tasting with Kevin, who owns Cendre. He is personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. The intimate atmosphere means a high level of attention. To learn directly from Kevin about his unique wine making techniques was fantastic. Fell in love with his Grenache, but enjoyed every one of his wines. A must stop in Paso Robles! Had a great time at this small wine tasting room. Indoor and outdoor seats which is really lovely. Owner is so sweet, knowledgeable and great father. My boyfriend and I got a great tasting of both wine and ciders. His ciders are not to be missed!!! Best ciders we have ever had, we ended up buying a bottle. Such a great location, you can hear the music from all over the streets but it also felt very peaceful. Small place but would highly recommend!! He is open late as well which is so nice when everything in Paso closes so early. Definitely recommend!!

Kevin is what Paso does best - he is charting his own course and results are fantastic. Some of the best white wines in Paso and the red are fantastic old world wines that are thoroughly enjoyable immediately. Definitely a gem of downtown.

Kevin was personable and hilarious. The wine was one of a kind and the owner made you feel at home the moment you walked in. TRY THE CIDER (PLUM-APRICOT). You will make it a point to come back everytime you are in Paso Robles. If i could give 10/5 stars i would.

My husband and I had some time before a dinner reservation in downtown Paso and happened into Cendre Wines. What a pleasant find and definite gem!Kevin is a very knowledgeable and passionate winemaker and we especially like that his wines are so different from what you come to expect from other Paso wines. We ended up getting his GSM, Zinfandel, and Malbec/Merlot blend, but there were other fantastic finds as well. We are cautious about how much we can carry back to NYC so we limited ourselves otherwise. Kevin is also an awesome guy sharing his winemaking experiences, and we can’t wait to go back to Cendre whenever we are in the area!

We visited for some wine tasting on Sunday with some friends from out of town and we were extremely impressed with the wine and Kevin’s wine knowledge! We bought 4 bottles and opened one at the tasting room ! I highly recommend visiting we will absolutely be back!
