We enjoyed our tasting at Ecluse very much. All the wines we tried were excellent. And the tasting room staff was fun and energetic. We loved the way they looked after us as a team. If our wine glasses were empty, someone always came by with the next pour. It was a pleasure to talk to all of them and just a wonderful experience. They also have a beautiful patio where you enjoy the view and a glass of wine. Ecluse is a hidden gem in Paso Robles and shouldn't be missed.

My wife and I stopped to taste here this past week, and had a top notch experience. Super friendly staff, and the wines were amazing. We have lived in the area a long time and done a lot of tasting. This winery makes great wines top to bottom, and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for a high end expense tasting room, with high end vibe (and often over-rated wines), this is NOT your place,. But if you want a down home, casual, laid back experience with great people and great wines, this is the place! Try a bottle of their 2020 Insider and dare you to tell me I am wrong.

We opted for the outdoor terrace which has beautiful views of the vines and the surrounding area. Our server, Michael, did a great job of explaining each wine including where the grapes were grown, percentages of the various varietals, and type of barreling. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we will be back again.
