Placed an order for pick up. They open at 12. I got there at 12:05. Not a soul in sight. I keep giving this place chances but after today I’m never going back. Get it together. Hopefully a local ice cream shop can take over after this place closes down

Not sure when they made their sizes so small, they used to be pretty big and now they are tiny, I ordered a “love it” size and they gave me the “like it” and charged me for the bigger size, $10 for a small ice cream is a little overpriced, it also wasn't made correctly, I ordered the Oreo overload and they didn’t even add the chocolate chips. It’s a little disappointing.
Cold stone is always amazing. This location is great! Amazing staff and the ice cream is so so yummy. Highly recommend for a sweet treat!

We placed a LARGE order for 10 ice cream cakes to be served at our wedding and this Coldstone location delivered! Our guests absolutely love the ability to choose from so many different (and delicious) flavors. The team was so helpful from the day I ordered, to the day I picked up, and we will definitely recommend them to anyone!
