The food was really bad, the salad dressing had a bad taste, the meat was really hard tasted old, the lemonade was watered down, everything was really awful to be honest, maybe I came on a bad day but I wouldn’t give it another chance.

Always clean, with a friendly staff. You can't go wrong with the steak n bake meal. Comes with soup or salad, the pot of beans and rolls, that are served on the table after being seated, steak, and a baked potato. It's so very tasty and just the right proportion for a satisfying dinner! I find their prices to be competitive and would rather have a steak dinner, seated and served, then paying just as much to eat at Carl's Jr drive thru! Want to try the prime rib dinner next visit!

Saw my server about once every 30 minutes, and they weren't especially busy. The rare Prime rib came out more like they cooked it as roast. They did replace it, but between waiting, it took about an hour. The price isn't terrible but it isn't inexpensive so I expected more.
I order the 16 oz prime rib with mc n cheese and it was so bad the meat smell and it looked like old the mc n cheese was good but really disappointed on the meat specially after the price
This is our go-to place in Paso. Recently I got acquainted with the new manager David and was very impressed with him and the rest of the employees we had contact with. David brought our food to the table and also checked in several times to make sure all was right. Thanks for the great food and service. We will definitely be back. Stop in and give them a try... you won't regret it!

From the start, the raspberry tea was full of raspberry flavor and not too sweet. Then warm rolls with garlic butter and cowboy beans. What a treat, then the Texas shrimp trio was plenty for two. We loved it! We’re from Oceanside CA and recommend this place to all tourists. Well done CHL!

Expensive! Not sure if it’s a California expensive problem or just the restaurant. The food was averaged there. Sorry wanted to have a better experience, but it wasn’t great.
