Asked for medium rare, got well done and with the wrong sauce. Asked for it to be recooked, came back adequate but not great. Drinks were weak and watered down. Sad to see this place go down hill so much over the years.

I don't eat here often anymore as most of the vegetarian options have disappeared. The foods that are able to be altered are good. My problem is something in my order is usually forgotten or the alteration to the food to make it more vegetarian friendly are usually ignored or forgotten. Thus I'm picking pork out of my macaroni and cheese or something of the kind. My safest bet is mashed potatoes and vegetables. I don't know if ownership changed or what. But I generally don't recommend eating here unless nothing else sounds good.

Yummy food this is our second time going there when my hubby and I take a drive to pismo beach or Morro Bay. The only reason I'm giving a 3 star for Atmosphere because the restrooms are dated they need some TLC please fix them and bring them up to date.

This was probably our best experience at this Cool Hand Luke's. We always enjoy this place, but it seems they have improved their food since the last time we were here about a year ago.

It's a decent place for steaks. The Prime rib is really good. Not the the best in the area, but for price and atmosphere it's a great place to go for small or large parties.

Waited 20 minutes to be given a menu after sitting down. Waited another 20 minutes without anyone coming to take my order before giving up and going elsewhere. I'd understand if the place was packed and busy, but it was half empty. Just really poor service overall.

placed an order at 12:17 p.m. today for a Thanksgiving dinner, and it was confirmed with a scheduled pickup between 5:10–5:20 p.m.
At 5:14 p.m., just minutes before pickup, my order was abruptly canceled no explanation other than that they were “unable to fulfill the order.”

This left my family, especially my kids who were looking forward to this Thanksgiving dinner from here, without a meal and no time to make other arrangements. If they were unable to fulfill the order, a timely notice hours earlier, not 10 minutes before pickup would have been more professional and considerate.

I completely understand unexpected issues can happen, but communication is everything especially on a holiday when families are counting on plans they trusted and confirmed.

Very disappointing experience.

Tried coming back, I love the big portion of the strawberry pizza the food is better there the prices are high there was actually beans and meat in the pot. Although while relaxing after my meal I come to notice the fine art and the splattering of the food shame on you kids more shame for cool hand Luke’s not noticing and wiping down walls sorry you failed restaurant needs much love were locals and hate to here bad reviews in our town .😱☹️

This is the only place open and they don't allow Tesla chargers to use their bathroom.

My husband's favorite steak, tonight we waited a very long time for our food. Wished our waitress was more forthcoming that there was a problem, but blamed it on too many customers. We have been here many times on a weekend night with more customers and never had this issue.

A lot of food! Paul was extremely helpful and we had so much food for a great price. We will definately return in the future and tell our friends. Thanks Paul
