I had the pleasure of tasting with Cordant Winery Troy and DeAnn were the most incredible hosts. What was really fantastic to me was their Pinots. Completely changed my mind on what I thought about Pinot. I was enamored with all their wines and highly recommend stopping by or making a reservation. Their cool climate Syrah and Grenache were also fantastic.Finished with the 21 Resolution a Grenache Blanc/Roussanne/Picpul blend was the perfect palate cleanser to finish with as well.I am so happy I stumbled over this. We had a wonderful host, Evan, and the wines are excellent. The marriage of Monterey grapes and those from Santa Barbara produce a rich, full bodied wine.Paso Robles did not disappoint!

Absolutely delicious wines! Both of this winemaker’s lines are a wonderfully smooth explosion of ripe, complex fruit flavors in your mouth! Was my first time here and wanted to sign up for their wine club halfway through the tasting! By the end of the tasting, was signed up and ready to pick up my first shipment the next day. The winemaker, Tyler, and his staff member, Amber, were cool down to earth friendly people! We had a great time there!
