Just stopped by Crumbl and Jacob did the BEST customer service EVER! I don't get the chance to get to Crumbls often, but now I'm a Crumbls fan because Jacob explain all the cookies and so I got one I never tried before. Yum-yum! Very tasty. I'll be back for more. 😀 Thanks Jacob! 🖐
