As hard as it is, I haven't dipped into the cheeses yet because they are for a Halloween themed cheese tray during a camping trip next week. I'm sure they'll be as delicious as they look and sound though! I'll update with a pic and a tasting notes asap...

We ordered a grazing board for appetizers for a special paella dinner and our guests were wowed by the artistry and neat surprises on the sumptuous board. Black cheese, fig jam, tiny sweet peppers and oh much more delighted all.
