Heard about this brand at the 2025 BlendFest event. My online wine tasting reservation with Ron, my host, was wonderful. My wine tasting began with whites (2021 Chardonnay, 2021 Viognier, 2023 Pinot Gris), progressing to reds (2021 Cabernet Franc, 2016 Mourvèdre, 2017 Project España Red, 2018 Derbyshire Syrah, 2020 Implico, 2018 Malbec, 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Laura’s Vineyard). The wine and the beautifully arranged charcuterie board, with salami meats, cheeses, olives, nuts, and crackers, made me feel fantastic. The blend of flavors and textures makes for a fun, shared experience with staff, friends, music and wine. I left the renovated 1922 Almond factory, library wine estate tasting room tour with three of my favorite red wines from my tasting (2020 Implico, 2018 Malbec, and 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Laura’s Vineyard).I’ll be coming back with family and friends to reserve the elevated chocolate and wine pairing experience in the Tower Wine Tasting lounge.

My mom and I were lucky enough to meet Nikki (the manager) and have her host our wine tasting. She was an amazing conversationalist, kind, and very informative. We had the best time, and the wine was delicious aswell. If you have a chance to visit, you must! Amazing vibes and amazing wine.

The wine was delicious. The tasting experience was great and Sean helped us through, giving detailed information about each wine. Would definitely recommend for visiting either for wine tasting or purchasing your next order of wine

Fantastic winery (thanks, Nikki). Wonderful wines--all of them. But the Petit Verdot is over-the-top, incredible.

First time in Paso area. We had a great time sharing tastings with new friends at the tasting room. The Pinot Gris was crisp and refreshing on a warm summer day. The Cab Sauvignon from 2018 was dark, delicious, & drinkable.

We purchased a bottle of Pinot Noir bubbly last time we visited. Sorry we bought it. It was horrible. We've bought before and loved it and even used to belong to the 12 bottle club. No more!

Thank you Sean and Danny for a wonderful time today! We chose this place because it fit our route back home and had great reviews. We had no idea what a gem this place is. Wine tasting is about the wine yes BUT its also about the experience. Sean and Danny make sure your experIence is unique and special. Favorites are 2010 Bouchée D'or and 2017 Graciano.

What a find! Beautiful 5th floor lounge with 360 deg views. Very gracious hosts and the wine is excellent! Great history and quite a story of how they got here - we really enjoyed our visit.
