Every time I try to order online the order to get screwed up. I jordered pizza tonight on line on February 1 and I ordered the 1999 special I paid 1699 for a medium one topping pizza that was overdone dry like it was somebody else’s order. Always ordered here before but definitely the last. I ordered pizza yesterday & we definitely had left overs for today. My sibling ended up ripping the pizza in half when he noticed something black in the bread hole & when I opened it come to my surprise it was one of those bugs with the pinchers. Feel grossed out and questioning how such a large bug the size of a thumb nail got into it!

This place took 45 minutes to make two medium pizzas. Couldn't find my pizzas that were on top of another order. Epic fail

Called an order for delivery. Just two large pizzas and some cheese bread. Originally price was $66.00 or something like that and I was paying cash and they won't do over $40.00 for cash delivery. So I downgraded to 2 medium pizzas for $40. Was told they would have it delivered within 22-35 minutes. Almost an hour goes by and nothing so I call, at first they don't answer. Finally pick up the phone and she's like "oh sir I was just about to call you, we have one driver because all the other drivers called out tonight, and our driver has 7 other drops before coming back here to get your food. so it will be another 20-30 minutes unfortunately." And it was definitely another 30 minutes (so like an hour and a half to get two pizzas). Upon delivery I explained to the driver it took that long and sorry but here is the minimum 40 he went from jovial friendly customer service voice to turn straight around and walk away without a word. Fine. Then he gets in his car and thought it was a great idea to rev his loud ass engine before almost burning out it seemed like. And the best part is, I find out after asking for white sauce on my damn pizza I just waited for i got red. Lmao. If she would have told me from the jump we have only one delivery driver who has 7 deliveries ahead of you and it's going to be a while. I wouldn't be sitting here writing this stupid post. I never leave reviews. But I'm actually a bartender and server at a decent establishment and I know what good customer service is and what isn't. The lady was nice over the fine not rude at all but lacked to communicate kitchen and delivery issues with a customer who was waiting to feed 2 toddlers. Never again guys sorry.

Everything is walking distance from the best food and hotels San Simon has to offer but if your on a budget and want a home away from home then I recommend MOTEL 6 SAN SIMON, HEY, THEY WILL LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR U?

It was 11 and I called and asked if it delivery is available for me and my friends they said ofcourse, then took my order, and I have my charge and after they charged my card 50 dollars. No pizzas ever came and they didn't pick up the phone anymore. Fuck this place, I would've gone somewhere else if I knew y'all were actual liars.
