Stopped after a long drive, paid $48 for 4 orders that was full of hard burnt stale clumpy rice mixed in. What a waste of $$ and disappointing to say the least. NO BUENO!!!!!

NO POLLO in POLLO BOWL!!!!
Ordered ((numerous times without errors)) pollo bowl and there was literally NO chicken in it. Didn’t check it before driving home as this has not occurred before……wow……disappointing indeed.

I am sad. I spent $16 for a double tostada. I know I'm lame asking for no lettuce, no salsa, no cilantro. But I got no Avacado and very little chicken. Also, the desk lady rolled her eyes at me and literally threw my food in the bag.

I am sad, the flavors are great but my meal was NOT worth what I paid. Do I continue to go knowing I consistently receive that type of service, or do I just not get the food from there anymore?

My son loves fried chicken, but it turns out he looooves the fire grilled/roasted chicken as well. Also great if you're on a budget....like the small Loco Salad with cilantro dressing (and I'm not a fan of cilantro), and a BRC (beans, rice & cheese) burrito. Burrito and salad are $2+/- each. Make sure you check your special order before you leave. They tend to get it wrong half of the time, but I still love going there..

Ordering hax gone automated and digital. For non tech people this will be hard for inside ordering. The salsa bar waz gone...assume due to people and germ control. Building interior space nice but needed cleaning attention when we were there.

Over the years I used to come here for the salad bar, but they took that away now when I order the chicken, it’s not as much meat as it used to be. I’ve came a few times just to see if it was me and I got a small piece, but it turns out if you really want enough chicken you gotta order a whole chicken

Honestly I go here often. I'm not sure what happened but I just got a $10 burrito full of cabbage. It was supposed to be a chicken guacamole burrito. Not one chunk of chicken, just some scrap hard pieces, I counted 5 beams, no cilantro sauce or avocado. The beans and rice burritos were 90% rice. Increase prices and give less quality=fail. This is how businesses close and should if this is what they are putting out.
