Fabulous & fun experience! The entry, the lack of cell phone access, the characters that were drinking there, the staff & especially the mixologists - all a worthwhile reason to make the effort to find the place & stop in for one of the best drinks you can get! I loved the NTS & my husband (who knows his way around a drink recipe) said the Corpse Reviver 2 was a winner!! Highly recommend!

Great place - must try if you’re in Paso Robles. Firstly, cell phones are not allowed inside so people actually talk to each other and enjoy their drinks and music. Instead of a bunch of tables that take up space, they’ve put L-shaped countertops. No food served anyway so the countertops (or whatever the correct term is) work perfectly and free up space in the middle. First come - first served and they don’t let people in unless other customers leave first but since attendance is limited to 90 mins there’s slow but inevitable turnover so just be patient. The drinks are very good, music choice and volume is perfect and the general vibe is cool and sophisticated. Can’t post photos because see 2nd sentence. Highly recommended
The drinks are great and at a good price. The staff members were friendly and happy to help. We definitely had a good time here and will be returning.

Our group had the worst Experience. The front door guy was a fast talker explaining how we had to act and order drinks. It took a long time to get our drinks, a member of our group didn’t hear the exact instructions and ordered a drink at the bar. The staff was upset the Manager Matt once we got our overpriced cocktails told us we had only 10 seconds while he counted down to drink them and kicked us out. Coincidentally overheard someone at another table complaining about something. We will never go back. The place is going to have a lot of problems having an unexperienced manager running a bar.

Wauw. This is a real speakeasy - or as good as they come.
You wait in line until they have room for your party size. You then enter a small room where the rules are laid out - and you have to check in you phone. Yes, no photographs in there…..
Then you enter the bar. You sit in a booth by a table or at the bar. We had a choice, so we selected the bar. Always nice to watch the bartenders at work.
We had a total of three really nice tasting and well balanced cocktails.

I surprised my gf with a date night here and we loved it! Our bartender was super sweet and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

A can't miss in Paso Robles! If you go earlier in the night it's less busy and you can get in faster and still have the same amazing experience. The NTS (not too sweet) and Cheee! were great drinks.

My family came on a Sunday whim, and we agreed it was one of the highlights of our trip to Paso! We sat at the bar and annoyed Annie the bartender (she's WAY too good to only have done this for 4 months LOL) and had a great time on our way in with the hilarious doorman. I was hesitant about the line, the rules, and the phone policy, but every single part of it turned out to be a perfect part of the experience. When we come back to Paso, we will 100% be back!

Here is a nice atmosphere.
I ordered a Thyme cocktail for $15, and it was delicious.
Nachos was ok. We ordered plain nachos but got with meat.

Cute atmosphere and the drinks were great but were overpriced for what you get. It is really more about the experience. I’ve been to plenty of great cocktail bars and this one is OK.

Great cocktails and atmosphere. It was worth waiting in line for over half an hour, again! This was our second visit. Very enjoyable. I truly felt transported upon entering the bar.

This place is great if you want a low key drinking experience with great flavors. Bartenders were super cool and it's a nice change to have your cell phone locked up so you can't use it.I will be visiting again next time I'm in town.
