Great tasting experience! Knowledgeable and friendly staff and fantastic line of wines. Discovered them through Somms Kitchen last year and then visited first time that same weekend. Made it a point to come back this year and it didn't disappoint!
Orion and Ben (and staff) go out of their way to make sure everyone feels like family sitting around enjoying good wine and sharing stories. Emercy wines are right up their in the world of great wines in California. For those who have not visited Emercy, you're missing a comfortale tasting experience as well a great representation of California's best.
Loved our stop at Emercy Wines. Ben was a great host and the wines were delicious. An outdoor space would make it perfect. ?
This winery has a great tasting selection, and some very interesting blends. Our tasting host (Ben) was both knowledgeable and personable. Almost everyone in our group bought several bottles.
I highly recommend Emercy for wine tasting in Paso Robles.
Great little winery with a remarkable winemaker. Superb blends with that old world vibe but also a damn good Syrah. Worth a trip to Tin City (adjacent).
Wonderful experience as always. Superb wines and host. Glad to be a member. See you next time.
We celebrated my wife's 30th birthday with her friends here this past Saturday and the whole experience was phenomenal! Ben, the Tasting Room Manager, was extremely friendly and accommodating for our entire group and we appreciated his knowledge of the wines and humor. It made for a really fun birthday celebration outing!
We all very much enjoyed the lineup of wines that were included with the tasting which was $30/person. We took home bottles of the 'Bien Nacido' Pinot Noir, the 'It is You' Red Blend, and the 'Tomorrow's Flowers' Syrah. Each of these wines really shined and were offered at fair price points for the level of quality. Each of these wines come from various vineyards throughout California that are carefully sourced by winemaker Orion Stang. We learned during the tasting that Orion's rubbed elbows and worked alongside some of the Central Coast's best winemakers during his career while making previous stops at Booker, Top, and Law.
We very much enjoyed the wines and Emercy's beautiful space they have in the Tin City Annex in Paso Robles and really look forward to visiting again. This winery is now on our short list of wineries we'd love to join in the future and we hope to do so down the road once we move off a few others.
Incredible wines! Their commitment to quality fruit and respect for the vineyard truly shines through! The tasting room offers a modern yet intimate experience. Ben and Orion were so awesome and so knowledgeable! Definitely don’t miss these wines! ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We are so glad the Brecon folks sent us to this Tin City winery. Not only were the wines interesting, unusual, and delicious, but Ben, the GM and leader of our tasting flight, was able to give me a ba dum tss on the resident drum set and cymbals after each of my corny wine jokes. The tasting room was a comfy place to spend almost 2 hours, admiring the colorful, upbeat, abstract paintings by Orion’s (the co-owner, winemaker, and wild man who looks kind of like he was raised by wolves, and I mean that in a good way) mom (no offense to mom)’. Unfortunately, we dated ourselves by admitting to Ben, who was about to attend a live concert by The Turtles, Jay and the Americans, the Vogues, and several other 60s groups and, amazingly, had never heard of ANY of them, that we knew all of the groups. Thank goodness he recognized the songs after Spotifying them. Oh, then there was the wine. We especially enjoyed the “It Is You” blend of Petit Verdot (nobody likes a big Verdot, ba dum tss), Cab Franc, and the other Cab. We look forward to receiving the bottles we ordered. We also liked the 50/50 split of Grenache and Graciano (you don’t see much Graciano, but I’d like to see more). We were also lucky to try the excellent “Here We Go,” a partnership between Tempranillo and Petit Verdot. This is a great place to enjoy some small-production wines, unusual (for Paso) varietals, and passionate wine folks.
Great wines and great experience! ?????????

Fantastic service and great personalities! The wines are unique and also very well done, which can be a difficult accomplishment. A cool tasting room with depth in both the people and the wines.
Wow, how did I not know about Emercy Wines until now?! After living in Paso for 4 years, I finally discovered this hidden gem in Tin City yesterday. This place is seriously cool.Their wines are next-level unique blends. The tasting room has this modern yet super chill vibe that makes you want to stay all day - in fact we spent 3 hours there that flew by! Orion and Ben are the best - friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain awesome. If you haven't been to Emercy yet, grab all your friends and check it out!
Came here after reading their great reviews and also being referred by my favorite winery. Very beautiful winery. The decor is awesome. The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home. We met the winer maker Orion who was really friendly and happy to get to know us a bit . Gave us some details about the winery. Ben was also an amazing server and guided us through are taste perfectly. The wines were some of the best produced wines in the area we have tried so far. The value of the wines were more then reasonable for the taste. I feel blessed to have been able to find this winery and join their wine club before they capped it as they are going to do big things with their wine making talent.
We loved it so much we came back in the next day to have a bottle of wine before we had to sadly end our trip and head home. Definitely recommend this place if you like bold reds. I can't wait to go back in the fall.
Exceptional wines and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. A must stop when in Paso!
Absolutely delicious and a super chill spot for hanging and tasting.
