Today I had the opportunity to taste the brand new ‘22s and revisit three favorite ’21’s. It’s always pure joy to see these wines open up after just a year, and now I have the option of pouring one now and saving another for later. 🥰🥰🥰

Emercy! Wonderful visit! We decided to stop at one more location before we headed back home. Emercy wines was on our list and highly recommend by our server at Austin Hope. We have two well behaved dogs and we were warmly accommodated. Our wine server Ben was super informative and engaging. In all honesty, i seldom remember what they tell me while tasting. Did you know that a Primitivo from Italy is a Zinfandel in the USA? If you didn’t, next time take a seat with Ben!

If you're winetasting in Paso, this is a must! Incredibly welcoming, Ben and Orion are always incredibly hospitable. The tasting experience is upscale but still casual and comfortable. It's the perfect balance - relaxing, fun, educational with incredible wine. The wine is some of my favorite in the area! After many visits I finally had to join the wine club. Orion is a phenomenal winemaker, you won't be disappointed!

Made it here randomly on our last day, and I am glad we did. The front manager, Ben, was a gracious host that made the tasting experience fun and memorable for our group.
Not to mention that the wines themselves were fantastic and top notch. They offer a wide selection which makes the tasting adventurous and unique. Each wine has its own character and is of high quality. Everyone in our group went home with a few bottles.
We just became members! Ben is so knowledgeable but can cut it loose depending on the experience you want, always a blast when he is in the tasting room. Orion has a gift, this is some of the best wine you’re going to find in Paso. We have been here a few times and are looking forward to the next time we can go back. We highly recommend stopping by!

OMG. After being turned away from another winery because we did not have reservations, we found Emercy Wines and thought we would try them out. So glad we did. Ben and Hailey were so welcoming and knowledgeable that we were disappointed that we had not heard of Emercy before.
We were listened to and guided per our individual tastes, yet were encouraged to try new experiences as well… which were outstanding.
Will definitely be a return visit next time we are in the area!!!

The 2022 Nolan Syrah was hands-down my favorite—rich, expressive, and full of character. The Pay No Mind 2021 was another standout: perfectly balanced, smooth, and elegant. You can really taste the care and craft that goes into every bottle.
What made the experience even better was the welcoming, down-to-earth vibe. The atmosphere is friendly, professional, and refreshingly unpretentious. Ben and Haley were an amazing team—warm, knowledgeable, and passionate without ever being pushy. They made us feel right at home and guided us through the tasting with such ease and enthusiasm.
And talk about hospitality—they even accommodated us last minute on Easter Sunday. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and so appreciated!
