Bella sera is a hidden spot in Paso that is a gem. The waitresses are friendly, helpful and never rush you. The menu maybe small but the food is well put together and the chef does a great job. This is one of our favorites.

Apparently waiting for renovation as a Hilton. Elegant room and atmosphere are gone. Denny’s looks better. Four uncleared tables near us. Blue cheese dressing wasn’t. Very sad to see such a wonderful restaurant in such sad shape. We won’t be back after years of dining there.

Valentine's Day dinner was excellent, 5 courses delivered by Daniel. It's a great little spot, tucked away in the lobby of the hotel. Honestly, the ONLY issue was a family sitting behind us with a 5-6 year old watching YouTube videos full blast. Not the end of the world and the staff very politely got that situation under control.

Wonderful! Delicious food and drinks. Daniel, the manager, is extremely attentive and professional. We look forward to dining at Enoteca again soon.

The server was exceptionally friendly and well knowledged about the food on the menu. The special that I ordered was delightful and very well cooked. The cocktail flight I had was very well made. Overall Encoteca was a lovely restaurant and I would definitely recommend a visit.

Great dinner and wonderful service. We had the Cuban Manhattan cocktail (made with a 25 yr old delicious rum. Crab cakes as an appetizer. Entrees were the pork chop and Lamb chops. For dessert we had the chocolate flourless torte. Everything was absolutely delicious!

Our monthly dinner group was kindly welcomed by hostess Mariya and we were served by Ashley, who took care of us splendidly! The dinner was beautifully presented and superbly delicious! We had the pleasure of meeting the fabulous chef who personally visited our table. We'll return next month for another memorable dining experience! Thank you!

Everytime we have come here the past year we note how much we enjoy the staff, drinks and the food. The experience and attention of the staff was visible. Despite them both working tables and behind the bar they kept a smooth flow and no one waited long. Well Done!

We made our reservation for Christmas Eve through Open Table. The menu provided was not the actual Pre-Fix menu for 12/24/23. This needs to be updated for future holidays. We were hoping for the main menu.

Meh.... food is just ok. I think they're trying to hard to be high-end, and it just doesn't work. Over salted, overcooked, and largely

Generic restaurant at a mid range hotel. The only part that corresponded to the names was a decent selection of local Paso Robles wines. We were there for Thanksgiving, so we had a limited menu. Crabcake was burnt, halibut overcooked and dry, and the pecan tart was not at all interesting. Excellent service, though. There were several families with kids who seemed to enjoy themselves.Overall, ok place to eat, but not a high-end establishment it bills itself at.

We have been going to Enoteca for the past four years and consider it a hidden gem—hidden because it's a hotel restaurant. The new executive chef is amazing, as was the past one. The food is delicious, the service is spot on every time, the decor is pleasant, and the prices are very reasonable.

Nice atmosphere in the tastefully decorated La Bellasera Hotel. Prompt friendly service and a well thought out menu. Nice wines by the glass rounded out a enjoyable dining experience.

Beautiful hotel, we had a deluxe suite, but it was not clean as it should be. Comforter was stained. Lounge chair was also stained. There were spider webs. No one told us we needed to ask for housekeeping to come in and clean for service. We needed to get our own towels. Very disappointing. We had dinner in the hotel. The food was good.
