Mike really took care of us and had a great sense of humor. He gave us excellent recommendations. What a pleasure to have great food in a great place with wonderful service.

The best hotel bar in Paso Robles! The food is delicious and paired well with a variety of drink options. A huge shoutout to the chef! I can't rave enough about the staff. Everyone you speak with there is accommodating and knowledgeable. It makes a difference when you are greeted with a friendly face. 10/10 recommend!

Service was slow and mediocre. The food was not served to all guests at the same time (in three separate visits that were spaced out significantly) which led to some guests' food being cold. They were out of one of the menu items which was quite disappointing. The food itself was just ok.

Recently remodeled and reopened. Nice job overall... with a nice selection of bites and a great bar. Way above what you might expect from a hotel restaurant. It's a regular on our visit list.

We had a great experience at Enoteca. Our entrees were perfectly cooked, there was a nice selection of local Paso Roles wines, and the staff was very attentive.

The food and service were excellent. It was a perfect hotel restaurant to have dinner and drinks. Highly recommend.

Our first time dining at Enoteca. Our server, Mariah, was wonderful & the food was delicious. We will be back with friends.

The food and service was great. The potatoes bravas were as good as any we had in Barcelona, which is saying something. the pork chop was also excellent. Unfortunately the hotel took out the central fireplace some time ago (we had not been for a few years). That isn't a big deal but they also upp'ed the lighting ... brightness making this restaurant much more appropriate for breakfast or lunch than for a Saturday night dinner.

Sadly what used to be a great local choice for dinner has been Hiltonized. An overpriced, bland dining experience. Some food was really bad like roasted mini carrots that looked like they'd been cooked for days and a $40 pasta dish with 3 medium shrimp.

The food has been consistently good for several years and is always on our list when visiting Paso Robles

I ordered Steak Frits medium rare, came out well done. Also very grizzly. not edible. My wife ordered the chicken, overdone, also not edible. We left most of our meal in our plates.
