Scam artists. I ask how much a side of bacon would be they checked with the cooks and I was told 0.75. Sweet right so I order x2. Then when the bill comes out they hit me with $4 charge. Not cool. I don't like being scammed. Just can't trust ypu guys. Do with that you may.

The food was mediocre. The fish tacos were awful. Bitter, red cabbage and horrible tortillas.

Terrible service from server named Zachary. He brought us wings which are messy, but no napkins. We waited, and he never brought any, so I got up and asked for some myself. He then brought out our plates of food with no cutlery. We waited, and again I had to ask for them in front myself. We had to ask for our check in front, and we were never asked if we needed anything else during our meal. Food was pretty good, but service was trash.

Visiting the Paso Robles brewery is an experience in itself. One of the coolest details is the conveyor system running overhead with cans moving through production. Watching beer literally travel above you while you sit in the taproom is a unique touch that makes the place feel alive and fully operational.

When we visited, the restaurant was about three quarters full and steady foot traffic kept coming in. It did feel slightly understaffed for the volume, but the bartenders and servers handled it well. Despite the pace, service never felt chaotic or careless. They managed the flow professionally, which says a lot.

The beer is exactly what you expect from Firestone Walker: fresh, clean, and consistently excellent. One of the biggest perks of going directly to the brewery is access to draft pours and bottled releases that do not make it out to other metropolitan areas. If you are into sours or stouts, you will be happy. Their core lineup is strong, and the rotating tap selection keeps things interesting. You can stick with the classics or try something new every visit.

Across the street, the Emporium is worth stopping into. If you are looking for branded merchandise, this is the place. They lean heavily into the 805 theme, but there is still a wide range of Firestone Walker gear and plenty of bottles, cans, and even kegs available to take home.

Overall, it is a great stop whether you are a casual beer drinker or someone who follows craft releases closely. Between the production visuals, rotating taps, and exclusive offerings, it is absolutely worth visiting when you are in Paso Robles.

It's a fun place, but this visit - my beer was warm and my seabass was cold. It had way too much sauce that wasn't really complementary. Definitely do a beer tasting (instead of a glass) and order a pizza or burger.

My family and I were in Paso for my niece's wedding and after a long weekend the new bride and groom wanted one last night of celebration with the remainder of the crew that stayed behind one more night.

I wish I caught the gentleman's name who served our table of 18 but he was PHENOMENAL. I'm sure he'll remember us and our separate tabs šŸ˜†.

He was fast, funny, accurate, super knowledgeable and friendly. Everything you can ask for in a server. He was great at making recommendations and guiding you to what you're looking for on the menus.

Food was delicious, from the appetizers (pretzel, wings and garlic fries) to our main dishes ( fig n pig smash burger, The Italiano Pizza and 805 smash burger) cooked to perfection and served hot and quick. Our local family introduced to this place the service and quality keep bringing us back. Thanks for making a memorable weekend end in a memorable way.

From my family to yours,
Thank you

The real feature here is the amazing beer list. However, the food is also good. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a large bar area. Parking can be a challenge on busy days. Even though this isn't in the historic Paso Robles downtown, we always make it a point to swing by when we are in the area.
