Firestone Walker Taproom Restaurant

Great place to stop for a beer and burgers. We didn't do the tour, but that's just another reason to come back.

I was traveling with someone who has food allergies and ARFID. They requested a “chillada” made with Bloody Mary mix or tomato juice without the clam added due to allergies. There was no allergy friendly option for this drink available. They then wanted to order wings - flats only, due to the ARFID. The cook and the manager would not accommodate due to wings being portioned out. We had to leave because the kitchen was so unaccommodating to our special needs that we needed to find a restaurant that would be.

The outdoor eating area brought us back! I always get the salmon, but it’s currently priced at $38 which seems pricey.

Crispy ahi tuna tacos are amazing.
Blue cheese smash burger was to die for and the chicken schnitzel was perfect.

Great DIY flights to pair with the food.
10/10 would give a Michelin star if i had one.

We shared appetizers, and they were really tasty. Good place to taste the different brews and eat. The server was very accommodating.

If you haven't been but have been thinking about it, what are you waiting for? I love the interior, very rustic, nice. Beers are very good and from pilsner to double hazy ipa's and everything in-between. Typical bar fare, burgers, wings, these things. I had some Louisiana hot wing dry rub, lit! A beer aficionados paradise!

Food is good 6/10 times. My issue is with the water they serve— it tastes legitimately hazardous. I don’t even know how to describe it besides it tastes like water conditioners, fertilizer, and something reminiscent of recycled gray water

service was awful. We sat at the bar after we were ignored on the patio. the bar service was not much better. The staff was more interested in talking to each other rather than give a patron even an acknowledgment. Food was fair to poor. The fish and chips was like Morton's microwave frozen fish and I could have had better quality at 7-11

10/10 stars if I could give that many stars. The waiters/ waitresses and bartenders went above and beyond. We didn't know how to add a custom flight of beers and accidentally selected the wrong option. The waiters were able to accommodate our mistake and even recommended some excellent food that paired with the beers. The chicken schnitzel with arugula salad was my absolute favorite.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp as soon as you come to the front of the brewery. Lots of spaces to sit inside and outside.

Came in for lunch after our tour, food is incredible and service is even better.
