After a Friday patio tasting at Lone Madrone where they weren't serving food, we ended up driving down the road a bit to Grey Wolf and Barton Family Wines where we had an absolutely delicious lunch with craft cocktails - lit spritz and yummy seared salmon for me! The seared salmon with fire roasted tomato, lentils, barley, roasted squash, wilted spinach and topped with lemon vinaigrette & pepitas was incredible. We were ravenous and so enjoyed our first meal of a weekend...
Wonderful experience! Great wine, terrific lunch options. We tried the Mushroom Bruschetta (the best!) and the pesto pasta. Very well recommended!

BlendFest Paso Robles yielded another wine brand worthy of inclusion in our Top 30 wine estate list. A small winery specializing in high-quality, small-batch wines, bourbon whiskey and culinary delights. You can’t miss this winery if you’re driving on California’s Central Coast Highway 46 between Highway 101 and the Pacific Coast Highway. Tasting their wines at the 2025 BlendFest, I was compelled to sample two of their library red wines, whose taste and quality amazed me....
