Beautiful winery ?. The food was Amazing. Our server Kristie was perfect. The Cave tour with Tim was Devine and so worth the time. Tom is a true Historian and knew all the history of this property and all the wines. Amazing experience and would highly recommend it.I almost forgot about all the wines that are the best wines on the Central coastal area !!!! ?

I took my son in law and daughter to HR yesterday and we had a fabulous time. We rode the train for the first time, and then had a wine-tasting flight with a delicious lunch out on the lovely patio. There was live music as well, to add a wonderful touch to the magical day. I felt like I was vacationing at a 5-star resort. What a blessing to have such a nice experience right here in our beautiful backyard!

I have been a member for many years and the venue is beautiful. In addition, all staff has always been very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Also, if on the west side, this is a great spot to have lunch or a snack.

Halter Ranch is always a pleasure! It’s our first stop on wine tasting since we can have a full lunch with amazing wines in a gorgeous setting!
The day we visited this time there was live music on the patio. The appetizers and charcuterie were next level; they expanded the choices since we last came and we enjoyed them all: Brussel sprouts were delectable, charcuterie board was plentiful and delicious.
For lunch we ordered the ranch burger which was fine but not as good as our previous visits. There are enough other entree options, however.
Overall it’s definitely one of the best wineries in Paso Robles!

The wine is delicious! This time around we did the train ride experience which was so much fun! Everyone at Halter Ranch is warm and welcoming and make you feel like family! My husband and I always have a wonderful time when we visit!

We loved our stay in the pilot’s cabin! After getting our best sleep in the comfortable bed with quality linens, we explored the beautiful grounds of Halter Ranch. The food and wines are truly the best in the region. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable which made our visit the perfect getaway!

Such a great find over a decade ago. Was good to be back. Lunch was very very good and an excellent way to do a tasting. The burger- yum! Service was ok. Was a bit let down as a long time member- but it’s worth it for first timers! Wine is very good too! Cool location.

Halter winery is beautiful no doubt, but the wines lack both body and finish, after the tasting we noticed very few bottles being purchased or carried out the door. As always, it's individual taste that promotes the wine sales, our experiences doesn't mean you won't like their wine, we found the lack of nose, body and finish, simply put they need a real winemaker.

What a wonderful time we had at Halter Ranch! Hidden gem in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles!! We flew in, had lunch, rode the train, toured the Winery & Cave, and stayed the night in the Cottage. Highly recommended for a one-night or weekend getaway!

Block 22 Syrah is delicious. My wife and I also asked Chef Paul to arrange an overnight stay at the winery for us, which was quite a treat.
