We visited Hawk's Hill Ranch Winery this past week while visiting Paso Robles for the first time. This was a last minute trip and so when we found that many of the wineries had 'appt only' tasting rooms we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't just walk in on many of them. We decided to take the 'wine drive' for the views and while we were just about done with the drive there was a sandwich board sign on the road that said 'tasting room...
Small production (1000 cases) Grown with Mother Earth in mind aiming for quality over quantity. 200 head of working sheep, 5 dogs, 2 full time onsite vineyard professionals and one owner that never stops working.
