Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

I moved here recently and love Chilis, I have read the reviews and its hit and miss the truth is, the place used to really be bad. Management and staff changeover, they are trying, they really are. Depends on who you get, I have brought parties in there and they rose to the occasion. So give them a chance. Today I went in and RICKY handled the bar area, the entire bar area, yes it was in the day but he rocked it.

RIP off. Don't order thru Uber Eats. Take out or delivery. Customer service sucks. Never again. They can take my 14 dollars and shove it where the sun don't shine. Shame on you!

I have never been treated as poorly as Chili's Paso Robles location treated me tonight. Their staff was inept in assembling the order, and unwilling to correct the issue when it was brought to their attention. The manager (Heather) flat out stated she was too busy to bother and I could call the restaurant tomorrow. When I told her the only call I'd be making was to corporate she said, "then call corporate!" and dismissed me. I've been a Chili's regular for years, but this experience has sealed my resolve to never return to any Chili's again. If you want to be charged for items the restaurant doesn't provide, then treated like you are a nuisance for daring to say something about it, verbally abused by a condescending "manager", and finally dismissed, then by all means Chili's Paso Robles is the experience you are likely seeking (ask for Heather for a fully immersive experience)! If this sounds utterly miserable to you, my advice is to steer clear of this despicable restaurant. With a management example such as Heather provides, it's no wonder her staff are rude and incapable.

This is chilis not a wing restaurant. Its just a "ghost kitchen " according to chilis staff... just seems like a bait and switch on both restaurants behalf. A lie. Was confusing to pull up to a chilis when looking for an its just wings. And the wings were so bad I tried two. Over cooked, very little meat, almost no sauce/flavor. Bad all around and a ruse in the end. Dont fall for chilis attempt to be a wing restaurant... they were terrible.

I ordered the 16 piece garlic parmesan and original flavor and it didn't have any sauce on either of them. The curly fries were cold and hard. I was very disappointed. Will never order from them again. Take my word. 31.00 gone down the drain. I threw it all away. SMDH.

Very bland! Too much breading. Chicken tastes previously frozen (yumm). Wouldn't eat here again.
Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.

Ordered on uber eats and thought we were ordering from the Milford location but it was actually the East Haven location.... ALSO HEAD'S UP IT'S CHILI'S... Ordered to have a cute date night in and boy was I wrong....... ABSOLUTELY UNEATABLE. Ate one wing and it was rubbery, soggy and underdone. Fries were soggy and mushy like they'd been made at lunch time. $50 wash on absolute trash. I always read reviews and the one time I don't..... I am so disgusted and absolutely mortified with the quality... then again finding out it comes from the dirty East Haven Chili's makes all the sense in the world. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I was so excited to get some delicious wings and this place was not it!I ordered wings and was there to pickup in about 10 minutes and my food was COLD to the touch. I ate some fries In the car and they were cold and stale; the boneless wings I received were cold and were old.Very disappointed as I went to the location in flordia and had a wonderful time.Please work on serving FRESH and HOT food to each and every customerThank you.
