The service was good but having to use the restroom was a pain for my wife and granddaughters first they couldn't get in then when they did there was No toilet paper then when they put paper in for them it was so thin they were better off using napkins. Also even though they locked the door some man went to open it luckily as soon as he realized someone was in there he closed the door . I know these places are all individually owned but this place needs some repairs.

I have only used the Drive-Thru at this location. Order is always very hot when recieved. Window person is always polite and courtious. Gave food a 4 star instead of a 5 because a couple of times my drink was weak, like the syrup was getting low, but crew always politely replaces my drink. If you want tasty fast food and are not concerned about calories, Jack is the place to go.

We were in a big hurry so we stopped there to grab a bite. We bought the sourdough Jack burger. It was surprisingly good! And the fries weren't too salty. This location has a drive through.
