Food was great but because we had a group of 6+, we felt ignored by staff because we get charged 20% tip period so they didn't feel the need to come by the table very often. They lost out on alcohol, and desert . Very disappointed and probably not going back even though the food was good.
My experience at Jack’s Bar and Grill in Paso Robles was nothing short of exceptional, and that’s largely thanks to our incredible server, Lily. From the moment we sat down, Lily went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her energy was upbeat, her timing was perfect, and her recommendations were absolutely spot-on.

My wife and I usually eat at the bar when it's just us too. Service is really well. Food has gotten a lot better from when they first opened. If you haven't been there since they opened I would suggest giving them another try.
