JUSTIN Downtown Tasting Room

Had another fabulous tasting. We ordered the mushroom flatbread and it was a delicious accompaniment for the wine. Our server was lovely and enhanced the already exceptional experience we come to expect from Justin.

Sharon is the most outstanding sommelier? She is so knowledgeable and welcoming. We are members and have been to this tasting room before but we had such a great experience today with Sharon. It’s sis nice to have a genuinely friendly and kind person assisting us.

Chase was absolutely the best! This is my first time winetasting and he made it an absolutely beautiful experience. He Was so informative, smart, and everything I could’ve imagined and more. Fantastic experience! Chase brought the wines, and the stories, to life. His passion, humor, and deep knowledge made the tasting both fun and approachable. The wines were excellent, the vibe was relaxed, and Chase made everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Wish they had the option to purchase tasting 1-2 wines or just a glass of wine. There are other wineries that make it easier to try their product. Here they will give you a taste if you buy a bottle which is more pressure than I am comfortable with.

We did a premium tasting. The wines were exquisite. But the service was even better! A hyper modern tasting room with beautiful visuals. A recommendation is get an order of the hand rolled chocolates. A great tool when wine tasting brings out both with and without the chocolate. They bring out the complexities and depth of the wines.

Any place that charges $50 for a basic tasting in Paso is ridiculous. Much better quality and cheaper price point at other tasting rooms and wineries in the area (Torrin, Law, Booker, Hayseed, Linne Calodo). Considering their reputation, shouldn’t charge as much …..

Service was ok. The testing room is average. Their wines are excellent and so is the staff. The tasting room itself and the food are rather mediocre. Such exquisite wines deserve a much better ambiance (and food pairing, or none at all).
