Such a unique tasting experience with the addition of the spiced cheeses! We had a great time and learned so much from Nick who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was also cool to hear the story of the owners. I love how they’ve infused Indian culture throughout.

This is a unique winery with beautiful Bordeaux's. They also use a white cheese with Indian spices to pair. So interesting.

Easily one of the best tasting experiences, if not the best, I’ve ever had. The wines are fabulous takes on classic French, Italian, and Californian styles. What really sets the winery apart are the pairings though! These fabulous wines are matched with unique and thoughtful Indian-inspired spices for bold and unique flavor combinations unlike anything you’ve ever had! It’s inspired, and you’ll learn new ways to pair wine with food here!The staff is also stellar! Everyone we met— Garrett, John, and Nick— were kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We have to give special recognition to Nick, who brought such joy and expertise to his work.I don’t usually sign up for a wine club membership after tasting, but I couldn’t resist; the wines are that good.

Went on a raining Monday mid-winter early afternoon. Cute little place (not big). The staff was very very nice; personable and informative. A relaxing early afternoon wine tasting. More staff arrived as the afternoon progressed. They served tiny cubed cheese (about 4 cubes with 4 season types) with exotic blended seasoning that turned out to be yummy. I would have enjoyed a little more to eat like bread or olives was my only wish. However, the wine was delicious! All reds, slightly spicy and bold. Had a great conversation with the two employees who seemed happy to be there. I bought two glasses two tastings the cheese, and two bottles.

I was in Paso for work and drove by this tasting room. I have heard good reviews and so I went to see if I god get a tasting. I was welcomed in this nice tasting room by Melanie and was introduced to Nick. Nice explained each of the 4 wines in the tasing and we discussed each wine. Nick was very knowledgeable about the wine. I enjoyed the conversation as much as the wine. I am planning to go back and do the wine and spice tasting.

Living and working in the Paso Wine Área with hundreds of quality wineries makes answering the question “what are your favorite wineries” almost impossible. I don’t pretend to have visited many of the wineries here, but among all the wineries I have tasted at, there is only one downtown winery we belong to and that LXV. Their wine is, for my particular palate, rich, luscious, complex, from beginning to end. If you do a tasting there, do yourself a favor and order the spice pairing. Together this is a gastronomic treasure.

Love LXV!!! The owners are extremely sweet and our wine educator was amazing, I'm sorry I forgot his name(you work at Boyd's as well). I love how they do a unique wine pairing with spices on little cheese bites! So amazing and just pairs perfectly with the wines! Will definitely come back!

The spice pairing is so unique and absolutely wonderful! Would recommend sharing one between two people and buying some to-go! When we came here we were greeted immediately by our sommelier who sat us down early. Our places were set up with beautiful greeting cards from the owners Neeta and Kunal. Before each pour our sommelier explained to us more about the history of each wine and why each grape was chosen and how/why it paired well with the spice. The wines we tried here were all reds and they were all absolutely phenomenal. The spices were also amazing and my favorite was the Garam chai with rose petals. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in Paso and want a more intimate experience.

Super recommended, this place is a great experience, its wines are very good and you can accompany them for 5 dollars with some cheeses marinated in Indian spices that are wonderful, the place is small but very nice.
