I went on November 22nd and got two orders. I asked for a daily double meal which comes with a chicken nuggets, fries and a burger. By the time I was able to check the order we had already left snd noticed that they didn’t give me the chicken nuggets but gave everything else. They need to make sure that they put everything in the bag cause everyone expects to get all their foood of what they paid for.

I visited on the night of November 10, 2025, and decided to try ordering through the app after seeing the sign that said, “Order in the app and we’ll bring it to your table.” I thought that was a great idea and placed my order accordingly.
Unfortunately, my drink was placed on the mobile pickup shelf instead of being brought to my table, even though the app indicated it would be delivered. When I pointed this out to one of the staff members, she laughed and apologized. While I appreciated the apology, it came across as somewhat dismissive of the situation.
A bit later, I noticed someone the employees seemed to know personally come in, and they were handed food items without paying for them. This was concerning and came across as very unprofessional behavior.
Overall, the night shift team could benefit from closer supervision and additional training to ensure professionalism and consistency in customer service. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the location itself has great potential with better staff oversight.

I didn’t expect anything outstanding from McDonald’s, I’ll preface this by saying that. I’m aware of the standard. However, when we picked up our food from the drive thru, we asked to verbally confirm that a few things we ordered were included. This annoyed the drive thru employee visibly, and they very rudely rolled their eyes and said that it was all in there. Given their overconfidence that our order was perfect, I assumed surely everything was in there, and that I had been a fool for daring to even confirm it. Low and behold my shock when we got home, and found that the specific three items we went out of our way to confirm were included were nowhere to be found. If you’re going to have a bad attitude, at least get the order right.

Stopped here to charge an EV - not McDonald's fans but this was an AWESOME place to hang out for 45 minutes in air conditioning while the car charged. Fries were yum!
Absolutely terrible mcdonalds. This is the worst excuse for fast food I've ever seen. They regularly shut down their lobby and only acceot.drive thru. They are rude, expensive, and the staff is incredibly behind on training. Terrible terrible place.

Ramada location can not get an order correct to save themselves. They take your points, not give you food and won't give you back points. Three times was enough. Domt go to the Ramada location.
