I ordered a sandwich from Mr Pickles today. it was a turkey breast sandwich. I have a special diet so have to be careful what is put in my sandwich. I ordered it online. there was a list of items I could add or delete. I deleted all of them except lettuce and tomatoes and provolone cheese. I could not eat the sandwich. It had onions and some kind of pickles and assorted other stuff on it. It was not made clear on the online menu that those items came with the sandwich and were not able to be deleted. I paid almost $15 for a sandwich I could not eat because the so called standard items were not in the list of items to be deleted. I called them and basically they said it was my problem. I will not be going there again. I will go to Subway

Though I'm skeptical of franchise restaurants, we wanted to try Mr. Pickles for lunch. We got the Reuben and Baja Cheesesteak sandwiches. The marbled rye and wheat rolls used were perfect for the sandwich, not too tough but not too mushy. The Reuben was excellent and was told it was the best in Paso! The Cheesesteak was good but I may try the Tri tip next time. Service was good but we opted for take out. Overall, it's a solid sandwich shop if you're on the East side of Paso.

Samantha made my daughter's night! We were passing through and called an order in about 20 min to closing. They only had one roll of our fave bread and while we were bummed we understood closing time was near. When we arrived Samantha had thrown another roll in for us so we both got our fave! Great customer service!

Love this place . Great sandwich menu and the marble rye bread is my favorite next to the Dutch crunch. Always have a free cookie in my bag. Subway is played out, This is our new go to especially when we want Pastrami!

This place used to be great. Now they can’t get a sandwich right. I ordered a BLAT with extra pickles and bacon…see photo of what I got. Then today I ordered the same thing it came on the wrong bread, I ordered Sourdough Roll and it came on soggy brown sliced bread, wasn’t even toasted. Left feedback for someone to call me. Tried calling no answer. I’m done wasting money here.

The food was good. I had the meatball sandwich and my wife had the Mr. pickle. The only reason I gave this the three is due to the 15 minute wait I had in picking up my sandwich that I pre-ordered.They were a few parties that came in and ordered and got their food before I did. I mentioned it to the front person and was told that they were getting to it and still had to wait. I was told that online orders were put behind live ordering. I suggest that any one ordering come to the shop and order in person. PS they had five people behind the counter.
