Paix Sur Terre offered an idyllic setting on a warm and sunny January day for a classic Paso Robles experience. Their wines were graciously poured and presented by Ashton. All seemed beautifully made, and the Syrah and Cab most appealed to my palate. The sandstone Vermentino was a welcome but unexpected treat.

Went to Paix Sur Terre for the first time yesterday and fell in love with what they do, their wine, and the soul of their work ethic. We hung out and had the winemaker and his family join us and it was a slow day so it felt really intimate of a day and learn so much about the wine and their story. We were there for 3 hours and felt like we could stay all day. Can't wait to open up their wine at home and visit back.

It’s always nice to taste Paix sur Terre wines, they are consistently delicious and you get a real small winery atmosphere and service. The location is beautiful and understated. Jackson was knowledgeable and friendly, and when I left my credit card there he drove it to the next winery I was going to! Thank you for another relaxed tasting of this seriously good wine!

The Paso winery experience I was hoping to find. Peaceful setting away from the cheap tourist traps and the high-falootin' socialite hangouts.Christopher was the most knowledgeable sommelier we encountered on our trip, which is especially impressive for someone his age.The wines are good to excellent across the board. The mourvedres showcase PST's dedication to highest quality production and innovation. Even better, they're accessibly priced.With a dizzying number of wineries to try in Paso, I'm very glad we picked this one. It will be a must-stop when we return.

One of my favorite wineries that I am a member at. This winery checks every box: Amazing people, Amazing views, and of course amazing wine. They are constantly trying new projects in terms of wines like their new Zinfandel and potentially a Cab in the future. The wine is focused entirely on time and place with an emphasis on the vineyards they came from. The wines vary slightly vintage to vintage in terms of flavors, which makes the wines so special and unique. Having tried a number of their library wines I say confidently these wines stand the test of time and truly blossom into something remarkable with age. That being said a number of them are fantastic in their youth. Specifically the counoise is perhaps the perfect summer red with a slight chill on it. I can confidently also say that because of the fantastic people that own and also work here, the wines they produce and the gorgeous property they have, I will be a member for life.
