Parchetto was at the top of our list during a recent wine tasting weekend in Paso Robles, and it absolutely delivered.

I had my eye on the lamb shank ahead of time, and it turned out to be perfection—easily the standout dish of the night. I’ve dined at many great restaurants, and they truly executed it beautifully. Everything else we ordered was just as impressive: well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere (something I always pay attention to). Service was excellent—attentive without being overbearing.

It’s now at the top of my Paso Robles restaurant list, and we’ll definitely be back. We belong to a couple of wine clubs in the area, so this will be a regular stop for us—especially for that lamb shank.

Parking was easy, it wasn’t too busy during our visit, and reservations can be made online without hassle.

Coming from the Bay Area and being used to dining in both SF and LA, I can confidently say Parchetto holds its own. High-quality food and a great overall experience. Kudos to the team.

I really want to love this place! My first time and I have mixed feelings. Our apps of burrata, oysters and Carpaccio was really good but my steam I am super disappointed in. I ordered the ribeye and not only was it over cooked and dry it was salty. A $65 stick, that’s insane and so glad I didn’t order the 2 lb steak and shared with my husband for $145 but clearly they can’t cook steak properly and should have never sent that out. Another person at the table also ordered the ribeye like myself and hers was also over cooked! A steak steak at that price should be absolutely perfect and will say the $55 ribeye next four at fish gaucho a few days prior was outstanding both presentation, temperature cooked and flavor profile. I’m willing to give them another chance but Paso had a ton of great competition so I say don’t let anything like this leave your kitchen… bottom line that is not ok

We came here for our anniversary and ended up leaving mid-dinner.
The empanadas were lukewarm. The pork chop was sent out completely raw in the center, like it barely touched heat. It was topped with melted white cheese with zero color or caramelization. It looked careless.
I’m a chef, and this just shows a serious lack of attention and quality control from the cooks. At these prices, there’s no excuse. What made it worse, nothing was comped after sending out raw pork.
Not anniversary worthy. Not worth the money.

For a last-minute Valentine's Day reservation, we were pleasantly surprised they were able to accommodate us. The service was great and the food was excellent, definitely a place we'd love to visit again on future trips to Paso Robles. ☺️

we went away hungry, unfortunately. the food was very tasty, but I got the short ribs and there was about a half cup of actual meat. the rest was fat. it was sad because the meat I tasted was delicious, I just needed more of it. the steak my husband ordered also was much smaller than expected for the price. it was tasty, just small. we will say that the alcohol servings were larger than expected. we are unsure if we will go back.

This is a beautiful upscale Italian restaurant. We had reservations on NYE. YES, it's a busy day, but the food should still come out being a high quality level regardless of how busy it is. I ordered the filet med/rare. It came med/well and very meely in texture. The waitress agreed with the look of the meat, sent over the manager, she offered a complimentary dessert, but we had NYE resos at a bar down the street and had to leave. She did however take the glass of wine off the tab. Not sure I'd go back again. So be very specific when ordering meat. The pear salad was fantastic tho!

Last minute reservations, didn't disappoint. Food was excellent and service to match. Great drinks to start, appetizer was only disappointment, ordered Carpacio and it looked partially cooked but was still good. place was packed but service remained on spot. It was a Happy New Year's evening, Cheers!!!

Food was really delicious and the service was friendly. Our server was great about providing input on and our dishes were really delicious. The restaurant was a bit busy for New Years but everything was spot on. Would go back for sure!

Having been there before, after their first opening of Parchetto at least a year ago for Lunch, it was very disappointing. However giving Parchetto a 2nd try for New Years evening dinner, my wife & I we're extremely pleased with the whole dining experience. Honestly, we definitely will return again. Congratulations on the entire staff! Fantastic. Stephen & Sharron

Filet was delicious. Seabass just ok. Service was terrific. We brought our kids for an early reservation and they were helpful with customizing food order for them.

Our server Jen was excellent. Drinks were great ,food was mediocre. Paella was very salty, pork chop was not as we expected. Burrata salad was great..
