I really want to love this place! My first time and I have mixed feelings. Our apps of burrata, oysters and Carpaccio was really good but my steam I am super disappointed in. I ordered the ribeye and not only was it over cooked and dry it was salty. A $65 stick, that’s insane and so glad I didn’t order the 2 lb steak and shared with my husband for $145 but clearly they can’t cook steak properly and should have never sent that out. Another person at the table also ordered...
For a last-minute Valentine's Day reservation, we were pleasantly surprised they were able to accommodate us. The service was great and the food was excellent, definitely a place we'd love to visit again on future trips to Paso Robles. ☺️

I had my eye on the lamb shank ahead of time, and it turned out to be perfection—easily the standout dish of the night. I’ve dined at many great restaurants, and they truly executed it beautifully. Everything else we ordered was just as impressive: well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care.
