You should know soul food is for the heart and soul when you eat it, this is what you taste. Well seasoned and not too spicy (hot sauces available) like a grandma's home cooking reminds you of. Be patient and it's worth the wait, hot pipping crispy chicken as folks say the batter is perfect in a Tempura from Japan level. Moist corn bread, loaded bacon greens and Cheese with some macaroni ? ?. Pay the price for what you get and support local ?? since we rarely have restaurants...
The best food, cooked to perfection. Disappointed I wasn't able to bring out if town family as the hours changed. Still craving the fried chicken, catfish, red beans & rice and all the other sides.

All of it was cooked perfectly, which is rarely the case when it comes to crab legs.
The portions are great. Service was super friendly. Zero complaints. My only hangup is that I didn’t try the fried chicken, too. It looked fantastic.
