It was a super chaotic Friday night and my online order got lost in the rush. When I'd waited 15 mins, the staff offered me free drinks or a free large salad. They kept communicating with me, apologizing for the wait and being honest with me about how long it would be. When I had waited over 45 mins, they refunded my money and got my order to me in the time-frame they promised. Amazing customer service and I will definitely order from here again!
Stopped in for Cali pizza pie. Visiting from Chicago we tried a medium thin crust that was loaded with mushrooms, sausage and black olives. Not quite Chicago style but the pizza crust was baked crispy and not soggy and tasted good. Two thumbs up for this PPK pizza.
