What a beautiful winery! The wine is superb, the owners are fabulous and I learned some new things even! Such a lovely experience and by far one of the best quality lineups of wine I’ve tasted in years. Highly recommend!
We love Pelletiere wines! Dorothy Jean Chardonnay is crisp, clean and best enjoyed chilled with friends. Then, the Nebbiolo with bold flavored foods is oh so good! And for something really special, crack open the Montepulciano! With a charcuterie plate or full on dinner this master piece will leave you smiling and nodding your head in satisfaction of your purchase! Cheers!
Some of the best wines I have ever enjoyed! Salud!
If you are a fan of great Italian varietals, then this is the place for you. Their wine sets a new Paso standard of pure wine (no blends here) and holds up to the very best wine on the central coast. Personally, I think it is better than Daou, Law and L'Adventure. Another plus is you can drink it now, no reason to cellar it. The owners and wine makers are all female, which shows in the attention to detail and overall exception quality. Bring your fussy wine friends here, they will be impressed!
I absolutely love the Italian varietals here at Pelletiere Estate. After a short trip to Italy, I wanted to find that same vibrant culture and flavor back home, and this winery delivers. Their Nebbiolo is a rare gem in the region—rich, smooth, and bursting with character. The Lagrein is equally impressive, offering a delicious depth and spice you won’t find just anywhere. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian-inspired wine experience without leaving Paso Robles, this is the place to go!
Aside from the wines at Pelletiere Estates being both excellent and unusual as Italian wines grown in this region, the wine tasting experience with Janis is personal and curated. It is a warm and inviting experience! We love it!
This winery has been on my list for quite some time and finally made it here yesterday! Every single wine was phenomenal. They were all sooo good, we joined the wine club on the spot. Can’t wait to enjoy the wine at home and looking forward to more shipments in the near future!
We love these wines! Janice is such a pleasure and I love her “notes” on the wines. We always come back to Pelletiere when we are in town and look forward to our wine club shipments!
Morgan was a wonderful hostess! We enjoyed our visit and the wonderful wines. Thank you.

Now my favorite winery in Paso! Not only is it woman-owned and woman-made wine, but the focus on Italian varietals and the craft in the wine is incredible! My guess is that this winery is a little overlooked because of it's lower yield and less-known name. It's also unique in the region simply based on the types of grapes and wines it produces. It's a total gem, the owner in amazing (and funny!), and the wines are the best I had over the weekend of tasting. Elegant, subtle, complex, and without the "showiness" of the usual California wine we're all used to. This will be my regular stop from now on.
Lovely winery with delicious Italian varietals- highly recommend!
Had a wonderful tasting with Janice, the owner of the winery, who was extremely gracious and (of course) knowledgeable about the various wines offered. We loved all of them, and signed up for a membership. Looking forward to enjoying their wines for years to come.
Great experience on site for a tasting. Janis takes a lot of pride in what she does. Excited to be a part of the wine club and very accommodating with the club.
We had a great time at our Pelletiere wine tasting. They are a smaller, family-run winery, so are able to offer a more personal and intimate setting than larger operations - which we really enjoyed! I would recommend to anyone looking for nice Italian wines in a comfortable, authentic environment.
