Waste of my time and money

Garlic chicken pizza was delicious!

We ordered online at 5:50pm and the website provided an ETA of 6:15. I thought that was pretty fast but that’s what the app said. At 6:40, no pizza. I understand that was an unrealistic time so I called to ask for an updated ETA to be told that the driver got stuck in the shop so he had to call Door Dash for a driver who should be there “any minute.” At 7:05 I called again and was told the driver still hadn’t picked the pizza up yet. Frustrated, I offered to pick the pizza up myself and asked if we could get a discount, which they refused. Not even the 20% tip that we prepaid that is supposed to go “100% to the driver” per your website? And the $4 delivery fee? Considering we didn’t use your driver I don’t think that’s asking for much.

We got there 10 minutes later and the door dash driver was just arriving. By the time we got back home it was 7:15, an hour after the original delivery time.

I understand being short staffed sucks and sometimes can’t be helped. But this should have been communicated to us as soon as they knew they weren’t going to be there within a decent amount of time. I would have had no problem picking it up myself 50 minutes ago, or just cancelling and ordering elsewhere. Poor poor communication, and wouldn’t even refund the tip to try and make it right.

Would have given 1 star but the pizza was decent.

Best pizza ever. Have the best sports playing all the time and let’s not say the sweet tooth menu 🫶🏼. Definitely my best pizza shop by far since it’s been under new ownership it has been amazing !!!

It's a chill place

Excellent Pizza! We've ordered from here a few times now and the pizza has always been of great quality- never over or under cooked. The wait is never too long and the place is very well kept & clean. They're very nice inside as well! I definitely recommend making this your on-the-go pizza spot. My favorite Specialty Pizza so far is their Greek Feta Veggie Pizza. They also have a couple games for kids to play while you wait too.

Parking: Probably 20 parking spots that wrap around the corner lot.

Kid-friendliness: They have a few arcade games & claw machines at the pizza store for kids to play while you wait for your pizza

Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible ramps by the parking.

Great speciality pizzas. I Love The Antonette special but tons to choose from. Pizza by the slice too. Low key, entertainment with arcade games for the kiddies that are easy to win prizes, dine in or pickup and delivery for the lazy ones, next to laundry mat, Runs daily specials and lunch deals. Great staff.

We love this place. We always order to go. Parking is a beast though.

Very good! Lots of toppings and they delivered to Cava Robles RV Resort. Perfect!
