If I could give this place no stars I would. I’m currently still waiting on my order after an hour of waiting. I called and the young lady offered me a drink/dessert. Which I didn’t want. I get that the driver is busy however their time notifications need to show that. The lady hung up on me which I don’t really care (people here are rude) but I am extremely upset that I have to wait and hour and thirty minutes. I do not wish to be a Karen however there needs to be some common curtesy. Places are short staffed and overworked totally understandable. Though I’m never ordering here again.

I just ordered two sets of boneless bbq wings with $20 credit that I had on my account from a previous wrong order. This order costs $19.90 plus the delivery fee of $5.98 and the wings I get in return are completely unsatisfactory! I'm a very nice and easy going person, but how this employee handled my complaint of these wings is just bad. This is my first ever complaint! Customer service is huge and she said that I could return the wings the following day so they can look at them and remake them, because the person who made the wings put the correct amount of sauce on them or I can just shake the container and they'll be good. The following picture shows the order.

Just ordered some pizza from the store, absolutely terrible service. Didn't add the extra pepperoni like I asked, my order took over an hour to get here and my pizza was almost cold when it got here, the cheese had already started hardening. On top of that the driver was parked outside my house for about 3 or 4 minutes chatting with some random person while I was standing there waiting for my pizza. I complained to the manager, instead of apologizing she insisted that it had the correct amount of pepperoni, eventually telling me if I didn't like it that I could leave a review, so here I am. Rude service, late, cold pizza, and they didn't even make an effort to try and make it right. Will probably never order delivery from here again.

Yuck! On top of that.. the children who work there are more interested in hanging out with there friends outside that doing their actual jobs. Nasty over oiled pizza crust that tastes like stale bread. Not a fan or would I ever reccomend this place at all.
Thin crust pizza is what you get, instead of the thick crust pizza that I ordered.

I just have to say, it's not very often I have such positive encounters with run of the mill chains, but dont be fooled by the logo. This pizza hut is so much more than that, I called in for an extremely large of pizza for myself and some soldiers at camp Robert's and I was immediately greeted with one of the most personable understanding people I've ever had the pleasure of conversing with. Tommi went above and beyond accommodating my excessively large order.

Best pizza ever and most the helpful customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a few pizzas and one of them was not what I wanted. I let the only worker there know, who was also the shift manager. She was more than helpful. While single handedly tasking multiple duties or jobs herself, while the driver was out on deliveries, she stopped immediately to come help me. She was very effective and efficient addressing my issue while showing compassion, thoughtfulness, as well as genuine concern for the problem at hand. After we addressed the issue she worked diligently and efficient, completing my pizza and other orders coming in, while answering the phone calls, and doing some kind of preparation for the next day. After she boxed my newly made pizza, never showing any signs of frustration or irritation or annoyance but instead always smiling and upbeat she handed the pizza to me with a super sized chocolate chip cookie for a dessert free of charge for any inconvenience it may have caused me. And not to mention it all smelled so good in the car ride home that I had to have a slice and it was so delicious. My family all enjoyed our traditional pizza night with an amazing dessert to top it off. Thank you for restoring my faith in you Pizza Hut and a special thanks to the night shift manager Corinna, who was thoughtful, considerate and compassionate with amazing customer service satisfaction. Thanks again to the Paso Robles Pizza Hut.

us to like ordering from pizza hut but stopped ever since I would pick up my pizza the employee don't know if she the manger but is always outside smoking talking to her boyfriend... seems to be no help to the rest of the team
